It does not come off until you wash it off. My pics are first time use of the product. I think I did pretty good. My eyebrows are sparse with hairless ends. I applied after brushing on bare minerals original loose powder foundation. I was able to create hair like strokes with the tip. I tried the fork but found the tip was better for individual hair like application. The only down side is no red colors, i have mahogany redhair. I used both medium brown and light brown . Highly recommend!
