Most salicylic acid cleansers seem to use sulfates or have some irritating ingredients that make them more drying than necessary. My boyfriend & I both have dehydrated skin but are prone to clogged pores, so it was kind of a dilemma. He loves the face wipes from this brand, so we decided to try this cleanser since the ingredients are sound. Salicylic acid & charcoal are both great for acne-prone skin. The gel texture feels really luxurious -- it doesn't foam, but it feels like a soft jelly that glides along the skin & it leaves you feeling clean but your skin is hydrated. It isn't stripping at all. I'm extremely pleased & will be purchasing this again as soon as ours runs out!Most Helpful Critical Reviewpretty okayI was super excited to use this, and honestly I think it's a great product if you don't have super dry or sensitive skin. for it to really clear up your skin you'd have to use it daily but that would absolutely burn my skin.
