I have combo skin and I like light moisture on my face for the dry areas before applying makeup (Bare minerals matte powder foundation)... BUT usually the hundreds of moisturizers I've tried oxidize, change the color of my makeup, and leave my face greasy at the end of the day. Like I have a mask on.. gross. This moisturizer does NOT! Finally a moisturizer for combo skin!! Thank you Derma E! Where have you been all my 30 some years of life lol?! Not only does it lightly moisturize my face but it brightened my skin tone and made my fine lines look softer. Also I have sensitive skin and this moisturizer feels like my own skin. It's very comfortable. Not gonna lie I've gone to bed with it on plus makeup and I didn't have a broke out face in the morning! I was pleasantly surprised. This will be my permanent go to.. so I hope it's around forever lol!Most Helpful Critical ReviewIt's ok.....not as emollient as I had hopedI bought this erroneously thinking it was a serum, but once I got it home and saw that it was a moisturizer I decided to keep it and try it anyway since I LOVE the Derma E vitamin C intense nighttime moisturizer and the exfoliant. Thai product however, is so-so. I love the smell, just like the other Derma E products I use, but this product isn't not as emollient as I expected. My fingers tend to tug or pull at my skin as I'm applying it, it does not smoothly roll around on my skin as I expected it to. I seem to have to use more than I should need to, in order to get enough onto and into my skin to feel that I'm getting the moisturizing benefits.
