I found that it felt nice and cooling on the lips, but it didn't substantially hydrate them. When the product was all dried or soaked in, my lips still felt a little dry. My biggest problem with this product is that just after three uses, the stopper came off and stuck to the applicator. When the stopper was out of the tube, I could see how little product was actually in it too. It was just overall disappointing, because I really wanted to like it.
