This product is the absolute best! I needed a good shower cap for all the times that I don't want to wash my newly done hair but want to take a shower! The rim of the shower cap is very comfy and soft there is no hard edge that leaves you a gross line on your forehead. It blocks out all the water and keeps my hair inside nice and pretty - no frizz! Great product!
This shower cap is the worst design. You believe you're getting something that is really going to keep your hair dry, not so. Since the fabric comes outside, it wicks inside, getting your hair wet, and the fabric inside, which defeats the purpose of wearing this in the first place. I turn this inside out after every shower so it can dry. Imagine my disgust when I started to see mildew/mold growing inside on the fabric. I stuck it in a bucket with warm water and oxiclean, and now the shower cap is a clear cap. The design on the outside of the cap is completely gone. This is going in the trash. It's only going to mildew and mold up again. I don't want that against my clean hair. What a disappointing buy.

I've only been using it a few months there's already mold in the lining. It also doesn't really keep the hair in the front of your head dry.

I have owned this shower cap for two years now. It doesn't budge on my head once put on, super comfortable to wear, and ZERO mold issues. It is not very aesthetic at all, but gets the job done.

This shower cap is worth every penny! It keeps hair dry and fits comfortably.

The quality of this cap is great!! Fit is a little tight but it doesn't let any water in.

I use these religiously!! I wash my hair once a week, so these are absolutely perfect for me. I even keep it on to apply my makeup so my foundation doesn't get in my hair! Only negative is that you can't easily clean the white lining. I just stocked up on 3 more because they were on clearance at my local store

After using the Kitsch brand for years and being disappointed in the updated fit and declining quality, I tried Dry Bar's The Morning After. There is nothing dry about this product. The white terry cloth liner soaks up water like a sponge. This cap gets so wet that when I put it on the next day, it wets my hair before I even get in the shower. After using it for just over a week I tossed it. I'm not sure why finding a decent shower cap is so challenging lately but this one is just poor design. The purpose of a shower cap is to keep hair dry. This one fails!!!!

I would give this 0 stars if I could! The edge is finished off with the material from inside the cap and it soaks up into the inside of the cap. Then if you don't get it stretched out to dry it gets mildew and stinks! This went into the trash. Horribly designed.

My current cap from DryBar I've had at least 10 years. No mold No mildew No complaints No frizz/static when I remove it. Why wouldn't I buy another one to replace it? First, you don't wash & dry this like another reviewer did…who blames the item for their screw up. Common sense tells you you don't put plastic in a dryer. YOU AIR DRY IT! I have washed mine numerous times over the last decade, air dried it, and it looks & fits & works well. Second, turn it inside out and use it for deep mask treatments or during a bleach job and sit in the sun. Secure enough and big enough to keep the foils in or from moving. Always hang it to air dry after use so it doesn't mold or mildew. I have tried many shower caps over the years across many price points and this is the only one that's survived. I wish there were more design options than the plain one. I am happy to see they've changed it since I bought my first one though.

It is anything but a luxury item. The terry cloth cultivates mildew - and a stench - because it enfolds within itself. I tried washing it and drying it, but that melted the plastic. And although I turned the cap inside out, it nevertheless retained the stink! I'm returning it!

I love the size and it really does a good job at keeping my hair dry, but it ends up starting to smell absolutely awful and the mold. You can wash it, but there's no getting rid of the mildew. Unfortunately, won't repurchase

This shower cap seems nice and when you take it out and it's great quality, but it doesn't stay on the hairline without slipping either too far up or down to the middle of your forehead. Either your hair is getting wet or your forehead isn't getting washed. It doesn't stay put. I wanted this to get rid of my clear plastic disposable shower caps but I found myself instantly going back to those.

This shower cap is great until it gets moldy. I always left it out to dry and would pat the outside dry, but it didn't make a difference. I gave it 3 stars because it lasted a little over a year, but if your description says it keeps moisture out, your product should live up to that.

overall quality is good but awful design. The lining that sticks out around the edges gets wet and there's no going back. Moisture gets trapped and there's no way for air to get through. it's going to stink. Can't wash it because same thing....moisture stays trapped. Only buying shower caps with no lining from now on.

This cap is wonderful! I love the cloth sides to help keep out moisture from the shower. This thing lasted me over a year. I bought it 01-20 and just this month, 05-21 I had to toss it because it got smelly and it wouldn't go away after a wash. But come on, almost 1.5 years for one shower cap and I shower sometimes twice a day and not wash my hair. I wash it 2 times a week, 3 at most. I highly recommend.

I did my best to dry it but there is mold (bc of the interior lining, I think). Not so sure if this is worth the money...

I thought I would splurge and buy a really nice, well rated shower cap. I used this quite a bit, but after a few months, I was shocked to see it was growing mold inside! So gross! Going back to the cheap ones!

BUYER BEWARE! This was TERRIBLE, please opt for basic drugstore shower caps, so much cheaper and actually work! -Terry cloth inside cap extends over the elastic to the outside which gets wet and draws water into the inside of cap, also the terry cloth aspect around the hairline got dirty from my makeup after first wear. Not hygienic. -I literally have to RING OUT the shower cap once I was done using it, the terry cloth was soaked inside and cap, and feels heavy and water logged when I remove it. -I've inspected it for holes, none to be found. Just a horrible design that doesn't keep water out. I can't believe a simple shower cap could be done so badly, to be honest. -Overpriced, and doesn't keep hair dry like drugstore ones I've used. I think the cute packaging of this product is what lured me in... -It had an awful strong smell as well. -Also odd fit, very small! I don't know how those with thicker, longer hair can even fit in this cap. -I used this TWICE and had to throw out.

I was hoping this shower cap would work for me as I have short hair and a smaller head. Unfortunately, this shower cap is very, very tight in the elastic and was too uncomfortable to wear. I will be returning this. I really am disappointed!

The entire band gets moldy because the fabric is around the edges. I live in a very dry climate and hang to dry everyday and I STILL got mold. There's no good way to clean it. It's super overpriced garbage.
