After reading some reviews, I decided to give this a try. This is a great product to protect your hair from heat damage. It's a dry spray and will not any flake after using the flat iron. It also smells great! I think it does a good job protecting my hair, but it does not do a good job of holding my curls and leaves my whole head feeling stiff and sticky...to the point that I cannot brush through it afterwards (kind of defeats the purpose of "protecting your hair" when the product makes your hair so stiff it breaks off if you try and brush through it after using the product). And forget about trying make your hair last for an additional day or two...my hair feels like pinestraw the next day. Just so stiff and dried out. I have tried using less product to no avail. This stuff just doesn't work for me. Feels like I went through a mist of pancake syrup after I've used it. It protects, holds without sticky or stiffness, and makes my hair so manageable.
