I've been using it for about 2 months and it seems to work better than other shining/moisturizing products I've used in the past. It does not leave a product buildup and seems to work great with Paul Mitchell Moisturizing as well as Strength conditioners that I leave in for extra moisture. The only con is the smell, since it was created for men. It smells like men's cologne. Keeps his hair in place while staying smooth and shiny. But you have to make sure you get a container that has translucent product. If it's cloudy or yellow, the product isn't the same. American Crew confirmed to me that if the product isn't translucent, it's a knockoff or it's gone bad. Ulta has a serious quality problem when it comes to this product. I was sent six containers in two different shipments, and all were bad. Recently tried American Crew's new variation of pomade and they're only acceptable, just not the same. Please American Crew, don't ever stop making this stuff.
