I had some hair mask before, that where more on the water based side, if you turn the container to the side it will fall out. When I put the lift off, hair mask to the side no of the product spilled out. When I noticed I learned I wouldn't need a lot of product since it might make my hair weigh down, not like a lighter hair mask I have. Once I was done looking at the consistency of the hair mask, I noticed the scent to me is a citrus and berry mix, which makes sense since it has linden bud and wild berries in it. When washing off the hair mask my hair did look like on top it had more volume, but I learned it might not mix with other hair products after. When applied my k18 hair oil after, it did turn a little crunchy/stiff on bottom, and that usually never happened before. Most of the masks I've used in the past you put it on dry hair. So that was a small adjustment for to me to make. However it is worth it because I tried it on dry hair and you use twice as much. My hair is very thin, wavy 2A 2B, and my hair is neither dry or oily. This mask is really my favorite. It is an amazing mass that I use once a week as a co-wash and I love it. It makes my curls pop, it makes my hair feel thicker, and it doesn't leave a greasy film. I think this hair mask is probably something that just about any hair type could use including super tight curls etc. I will be using this mask once a week forever.
