I have small hands and I would say most of these fit, they were a little too narrow for my thumbs though. They lasted about a week, but I'm really hard on my nails - I wash my hands a lot and open boxes often for work. I wish the base nail wasn't so pink, though. I have medium skin and I would have preferred the base to be a little more neutral-toned to blend in a little more seamlessly with my skin tone. This isn't the normal Glamnetic quality but maybe I just got a bad set.
