Long story short, my hairstylist said I could use a specific brand because it didn't have any sulfates or silicone, but she was wrong. I found this conditioner along with the apple cider vinegar shampoo because it doesn't contain sulfates or silicone. The first time I used it, I was a little disappointed because I didn't think it was going to do what I wanted it to do. However, the second time I used it, it did make a difference. Your hair will be a little tangly and you'll have to fight to brush out your extensions and your hair, but I think it is worth it after drying and styling my hair, my hair and my extensions do feel a lot better.
