I've been using the same retractable eyeliner brand and color for years and I've always been happy with it, but this eyeliner really blew me away. IT Cosmetics Superhero - No Tug Retractable Eyeliner company designed this product so well, it will make you rethink the eyeliner you've been using. There is so many well thought out features to this eyeliner. I can tell the team that made this really knew what they were doing, tested out other products and made a wonderful eyeliner. First, the color is wonderful, I used Brown and typically I would use Black or Purpley/ Taupe and this Brown is wonderful. It gives you a bit of that natural look without making you look like you're wearing makeup. I can't wait to buy the other colors for myself! The retractable feature on the eyeliner is great it keeps the product very clean and mess free. On the end of the eyeliner there is a smudge tool to help you get that perfect eyelined eye. There is also a pencil sharpener at the end of the eyeliner. Literally everything you will need to do your eyeliner all together in one easy package. I was seriously impressed. The eyeliner is exactly as described - tug free and applies easily on the delicate skin of your eye. The smudge tool does tug a bit if you're not careful. I would also note that if you pull too hard on the end the sharpener will come out with the smudge tool, but it easily goes back in place. I thought this product was really wonderful, easy to use and gives me the desired look on my eyes. I would recommend this product to my friends and family and I would say, even if you're happy with your current product, give this one a try! I think you'll be surprised with how well made this product is and how easy it is to use. I also really like how easy the lid stays on. I know that may be a small thing, but compared to other products the lid isn't fit properly and slides off in your makeup bag - not this IT Cosmetics eyeliner - the lid stays put.Most Helpful Critical ReviewUsed to be great, not anymoreI used to use the old version of this product which I loved, then they reformulated and switched from a twist to a sharpener which was awful. I ordered multiple versions thinking I got a bad product but they were all bad. Then I found this this product and love it, but I had a hard time tracking it down because it was constantly sold out, so I ordered 3. 1 of the 3 was non useable - dry, scratchy. I'm frustrated and disappointed that my experience with what used to be my go to eyeliner has now been consistently poor products.
