Ive gone through many differnt brands. I strayed from my usual brand to try this since i loved how pigmented it was. After a couple hours it was transfering to my upper lid which was set with powder and eyeshadow. The corners of my eys wore off completely within probably 4-5 hours. I wear contacts and my eyes were so dry and bothersom the whole day while wearing this. The concentration of the liquid is great so the line is solid. However, once it's on, it goes EVERYWHERE and then becomes super sticky.Best liquid liner5KG from IndianaI have both *mature* and hooded eyelids and this is my absolute favorite. It goes on smoothly, dries quickly, and stays in place. Literally does not budge once it's on. Cons: Literally does not budge when it's on. If you mess up, you're gonna need to get out the makeup remover and try again. But the more significant con is that, after approximately 14 wears over 45 days, the cap no longer stays on the pen: it keeps "popping off". To keep the cap on the pen body, I have to tape it shut with packing tape so it doesn't dry out.
