I am totally not a lipstick expert, and of all the lipsticks I have accumulated over the years that I've either purchased on my own or gotten free with a purchase, I haven't been a fan of a single one, for various reasons. Either I didn't like the texture, but mostly the color didn't 'fit' me. I am IN LOVE with MAC Cremesheen in Dare You! The shade is bolder than I typically go, but I think I have finally found my perfect shade, and have received many compliments on it. It goes on fairly smooth, but if my lips are feeling dry, I sometimes apply some lip balm before I apply the lipstick. Either way, the color is SUPER long-lasting and does not feel dry on my lips. Love, love, love. They're not too matte, and they're long-lasting without drying out my lips.
