It's very nicely formulated and made my hair feel soft. Also, when I used this combined with the Cocomino shampoo and Wild Marula spray, my hair looked shinier than it ever has, to the point that my relatives would comment on it (which they never do) after I dried my hair. I always used the three together, so I'm not sure if it was one product in particular or the combination of the three, but I can at least vouch for their efficacy in delivering on the "shine" promise when they're used together. My complaint with this is the same that I have with the shampoo — it's too expensive for the amount of product that you get. I feel this should come with at least twice the amount it currently does. Also, the bottle is annoying to use after you go through more than half of the conditioner, so I wish it would be redesigned to a more standard shape.Most Helpful Critical ReviewWorst conditioner I've ever usedI don't like giving bad reviews but I feel almost traumatized after using this. When I put it on, my hair tangled up soo bad!! I have long coarse hair down to my waist. I'm used to shedding and losing hair everyday. Anyhow, I put this on my hair and every time I tried to comb my fingers through my hair like normal, it would just tangle. I gave it time. I put more on, saturated my hair and let it sit while I exfoliated, etc. Finally I started rinsing my hair thinking letting it saturate would give it time to work..NOPE. it was like a wet giant birds nest. I almost cried. FINALLY, I decided to add another brand of conditioner to see if it would work. It did, but it took me about 10 minutes to work the tangles out. Never again!! I've tried brands from Suave to Oribe, Lanza, etc. I wouldn't use this again if someone paid me.
