I have other vitamin C serums that are much heavier, sometimes "gritty" feeling, and less effective. This is ultra light and very quick-absorbing (it manages not to be watery but also not heavy or greasy either). Since using it, my face is noticeably brighter--I am pretty picky and I see it myself. My husband's comment is that I look well-rested and "glowy". It's very easy to apply--the pump provides the perfect amount for my face and neck/decollete. There is hardly a scent--ultra rarely there and doesn't linger. My one observation is that in summer weather it feel slightly sticky if I apply it on a damp face as they recommend. I just make sure my face is completely dry before applying.
