It's slightly tacky at first, but I enjoy that aspect of it and it does sink in after a short while. I use it in the am and it doubles as a primer underneath my foundation. So during the day I apply the moisturizer and immediately rub it in which causes it to turn into almost like a thicker serum, but at night I will apply it all over and leave it on like a mask for like 10 min and then rub it in- doing this will turn it into a thick cream ( alot of people don't know this but it makes all the difference I swear)!!!!
