I absolutely love how it calms my hair down, giving it that necessary weight I want without seeing so many fly away brittle pieces. I try to trim split ends often but I don't want to cut my hair too much if I'm maintaining long hair so this helps to mitigate those split ends. I use hair color as well and there's always damage that accumulates over time with the use of harsh hair treatments. This helps to reduce that. I love the scent. It's light and fragrant. The color is a pretty light green. The pump bottle puts out a nice foam that works nicely into my hair. I like it so much I ordered 3. I would also say that delivery is super fast considering I live in another country. I got this delivery in less than 2 weeks during the Christmas rush. One of the bottles had leaked inside the box and it's the first time of all the deliveries from this company that there have been any problems. It was super easy to email them. I got a timely response, within a day. They were super pleasant and understanding. They immediately sent a replacement to me. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this hair treatment and this company. All of their products are excellent. Sadly the product came leaking in the package but Nature Lab Tokyo's help desk was so kind and handled it properly! Still using the product, it was light and not heavy but it seems like I would use more product based on my hair type. I didn't see much of a repair to my ends and it didn't feel like it would leave my hair smooth but more dry. I'm thinking it might because it's foam. The smell is fresh, and the texture is soft foam. I think this product is good for those who need just a touch of condition. Definitely use on towel dry hair because wet hair would soak up the product. Overall: 3 stars because it's a good settle product but won't do any dramatics change. I would stick to my oplex no3 for better conditioning and know repair.Reviewed by 310 customersWaste of money.
