I've used it quite a few times now and I really like it. It's convenient and easy to clean. I don't know how much it's doing for my skin compared to just washing it normally, but it definitely isn't doing any worse. It feels like my face is more thoroughly clean vs using my hands or a washcloth. I have acne prone skin and it hasn't seemed to improve that BUT I may try to use a different facial cleanser and see if that helps. Overall I'm satisfied and it was worth the price compared to other name brands!
I bought this back in December and I really like it. My face felt so clean after using it. This past week, after having it exactly 3 months, it started to randomly come on all hours of the day and night. It takes several pushes of the off button to finally go off, and a few minutes later it's back on. This will go on 4-5 times then it stops. It will then come back on a couple of hours later. I finally had to take the batteries out. Such a waste, considering I purchased 5 refill brush heads at the same time. I'm so disappointed.

I should have read the reviews! Luckily I got mine on sale but it stopped working on my second use. Very disappointed, I had bought extra brush heads to go with it but it's all going back. There are better cleansing brushes on the market so save your money

I'd recommend the "True glow" facial brush by Conair, it comes with replacement brushes and is half the price!

This device was wonderful. Cleaned and exfoliated just as advertised.

It is great in that it has 3 modes and it's easy to use. The brushes are softer. There's nothing that I don't like about it so far.

This is my first cleaning brush for my face and it's honestly not that bad, I feel like it's a little over priced considering it doesn't fully rotate but just shimmies back and forth and there is only one style of brush head (the $25 Ulta one has two). The vibration is way too strong and causes water and soap to fling all over my sink and mirror even on the lighter setting, so I would recommend maybe using it in the shower. It's not bad for a starter one but there are better options out there.

I use this facial cleansing brush every evening. It has three settings and I love that I can take it in the shower as it is battery operated. Replacement brushes are very affordable. I just sent my friend one.

I've never used a cleansing brush to wash my face before other than this one, I like it. After using it my face always feels clean & soft. It's helped me with my oiliness & pores.

I liked it so much I bought one for my granddaughter

Love this brush. Only thing was that I got used to an older model which the brush head would spin vs this one just vibrates. Other than that it's great. Same as the old one with different settings just a bigger brush head

Love it! I've used similar products that were more expensive and rechargeable and honestly I love this one WAY more. Easy to use and don't need to remember to charge it!

I bought this about a year ago and I absolutely love it one of the best purchases I could ever buy never had no issues works perfectly fine I leave it in my shower and had never had any issues with batteries. I've had it for about a year or a little over now and I still have not changed out the batteries I've purchased about 40 of these for my customers and they all love it. I would 100% recommend

Removes my dead skin and really makes a difference in my face and the way it looks. Mine has been working for over 8 months now. The only issue I've every had was when I didn't store it upright in my shower. Got water in it and stayed on. I dried it out, put new batteries in it and keep it upright, out of direct shower stream. No issues since!!!

Using Sonic Facial Cleansing Brush was great!
Do NOT Buy. from Cary, NC
Like the rest of the reviews here (which I wish I'd read BEFORE I purchased this piece!!!), I used this brush a handful of times. Replaced the batteries thinking that was why it would not even pretend to click on… but NOPE! One battery cycle and - DONE. Don't waste your money on this malfunctioning mis-manufactured plastic space-taker.

loved it till it died. new batteries didn't even work. even bigger bummer was that i bough a box of extra face brushes.

I hate it. Maybe it's because my aunt forgot to give me it for Christmas and it's been sitting around for 8 months, but I CANT GET THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT OPEN FOR THE LIFE OF ME. I gave it to my brother who is 6'1, 200 pounds and works out every day. He couldn't open the compartment either. I'm on the verge of tears.

I didn't realize it was battery operated. I would much rather have something that charges. It was the same price as another one I was carrying around but I decided to try Ulta's version. I don't know if it's the batteries or what but it's always stopping. or pausing. I would take it back but i tossed the packaging right away. I am so bummed about it.

I have only used it for a couple of months and after changing the batteries once, I can no longer turn it on. As soon as I put the batteries in and put the cap on, it turns on by itself and I cannot turn it off or change the mode. Was excited to use it but I recommend putting your money towards something else.

I thought it would spin or rotate, but all it does is vibrate and the bristles irritated my skin so much, I had to stop using after a couple weeks. Waste of money.

Have had this for a few months now and its still working. I don't use everyday but at least once a week. Haven't had any issues. Good for the price.

After 3 sets of fresh batteries, I couldn't get this device to stay on anytime I slightly press it to my face. Couldn't get through a double cleanse with this. Trash.
Nurse from North Dakota
Within 3 months of owning it, it stopped working properly. At first it wouldn't shut off it was just constantly on, and now I can't even get it to turn on. I even put in new batteries, and nothing. Don't waste your money.
Cass from Newport News, Va
I leave the brush in my shower and use twice a week for a deep cleaning. I love this product! I've had others in the past that didn't spin as well or give the same clean feeling.

I replaced the batteries and still nothing. I have bought cheap face brushes online that have worked longer. Ulta shouldn't sell such a poor quality product. Do not waste your money!
