I don't know how much it's doing for my skin compared to just washing it normally, but it definitely isn't doing any worse. It feels like my face is more thoroughly clean vs using my hands or a washcloth. I have acne prone skin and it hasn't seemed to improve that BUT I may try to use a different facial cleanser and see if that helps. Overall I'm satisfied and it was worth the price compared to other name brands!Most Helpful Critical ReviewI really liked this until...I bought this back in December and I really like it. My face felt so clean after using it. This past week, after having it exactly 3 months, it started to randomly come on all hours of the day and night. It takes several pushes of the off button to finally go off, and a few minutes later it's back on. This will go on 4-5 times then it stops. It will then come back on a couple of hours later. I finally had to take the batteries out. Such a waste, considering I purchased 5 refill brush heads at the same time. The vibration is way too strong and causes water and soap to fling all over my sink and mirror even on the lighter setting, so I would recommend maybe using it in the shower.
