I was able to place two of them in a diamond shape and really see a result with what they were able to grip onto. However the nose strip didn't work as well as I remember the original working like. Even after pulling it off, it left too much residue and I could clearly see the pores that were ready to give way but didn't get taken care of by the nose strip. When I initially opened my box I thought I was 5 strips short! turns out they double up on the triangles, so there are two in each package - creating the illusion that you are 5 strips short. I put them on the areas as my face was pretty damp and they stuck well and actually made my eyes slightly teary when I took them off I also kept them on line for 15 minutes instead of the recommended 10 minutes. Saw a lot of residue picked up from my pores which made me very happy. I feel as the smaller ones are TOO small. I'd like just a big one for my head and chin and a tiny one above the nose.
