I have a much younger sister and was recently the maid of honor in her wedding. The makeup looks she chose had a winged eyeliner. I gave up wearing liquid eyeliner in my 30s when my eyes became hooded and I started to get creases. I decided to try this one because I liked the idea of it helping lashes grow and I chose Brown because in my thirties I also gave up wearing black liner. I felt like black liner has a bit of a blue undertone and I wanted something that matched the brown in my hair and eyes instead of contrasting it. I really didn't think I would be able to use this product but I was pleasantly surprised. The tip is amazing. I have never used a better applicator for eyeliner, ever even brushes. The brown is a nice, fairly dark color but goes on thinly so if you make a mistake it's not that noticeable. I usually just do one line if I'm in a hurry and I will do three or four coats when I want more intensity. It also feels really good going on the eyes. It is cooling and feels nice to put on and does not tug at all. It doesn't stay perfectly so I recommend putting on an eyeshadow primer underneath. It's also not smudgy. It just sort of disappears a little bit throughout the day without a primer. Anyway I absolutely love it and it's now my everyday eyeliner.
I think something changed since the last time I bought this eyeliner. It's still easy to put on and gives a great dramatic line but now it makes a mess around my eyes! The old version with the smooth-edged pen would stay on and not budge AT ALL. This new version with the water drop textured pen has made a mess on my face - there's darkness under my eyes from smudging and when I swipe my finger over the line it comes off which it never did before! I still like the line it makes but I miss it's old staying power.

Love how pigmented it is but thats about it. It barely lasts an hour withiut smudging or wiping off. Absolutely not waterproof.

Was recommended this by an mua on YouTube and I am so glad I picked this up. It glides on so well without bleeding for a felt tip, it doesn't dry out as soon as you open it and always has enough pigment for any cat eye. Will definitely always have this in my collection

I am obsessed with this eyeliner pen. It has such a precise tip I was amazed at how sharp of linework I could do! I used to use Stilla Stay All Day Pen & now I am NEVER looking back since I found this gem! The waterproof and non waterproof are amazing. The non waterproof doesn't budge either I was shocked!! 100000/10 recommend besties 😍

This was my holy grail for over ten years. Idk what happened, but the formula changed, and now I'm forced to look for another waterproof eyeliner. It no longer lasts throughout the day. I have oily lids and this thing is smudge central, all over my eyelid crease. even when I clean up the mess after an hour of wearing it, it continues to run and smudge. Its very sad. I noticed this started happening last September, but I wanted to stay faithful and kept purchasing. I have one left, but honestly, I won't use it and will look for something else.

This eye liner is great amdblong lssting but it lost my vote due to poor packaging. The cap doesn't seal properly and twice i bought this in 3 months and twice it dried out.

This used to be my holy grail. Better than Dior, Stilla etc because it was so saturated, long lasting, and the brush wouldn't fray. Something has definitely changed in the last couple months where that is no longer the case. This formation is much drier and runs out in half the time. Physician's Formula thought they'd make this product half as good, probably to enrich their greedy CEO, and that we wouldn't notice. Now I'll be finding a new go-to eyeliner and you should too.

Im so disappointed :( ive been buying this eyeliner for about 9 years and after my last few repurchases- its not the same! Last pen i got dried out so quickly. This last one now transfers onto my eyelid and flakes off. Ive always reccomended this to everyone and now its trash. Heartbreaking!!!

i have somewhat hooded eyes and for some reason every single liquid eyeliner would transfer onto my lids. took my years to find this and it doesn't budge!!!! love the applicator as well it's very narrow but controlled and allows for an easy/slick application. even though it doesn't transfer it's still easy to remove with any make up remover

When this says waterproof. It means it, wearing big goth eyeliner, ended up crying for 5 hours then fell asleep in my makeup. My eyeliner looks just as good as when I put it on. Absolutely amazing

Thses helped my lashes grow and they are truly water proof. I have showered with it many times. Just be careful with your mascaras running. This eyeliner has never given any irritations or reactions or infection of the eye lid like other liners out there. I'm so happy they use good clean ingredients. More colors please:)

This has a precise brush tip that is amazing. And super dark and smooth application. But if any kinda of water gets on it, one tear drop, one touch with a wet hand, i know it'll be smeared instantly. And I always have dark undereyes end of day.

this is my favorite eyeliner, I've been using it for years and it's the only one I love!

Personally I've used any and every eyeliner under the sun. Since high school. And I recently picked this up on a trip & am about to order another. This makes it easy to draw pretty and smooth lines, even for graphic liner looks! Over shimmery eyeshadow the liner can look a bit shiny but on matte shadows it looks matte! It's pretty waterproof! Just make sure to use a primer and shadow under it if you have oily eyelids like myself :)

After NYX stopped making their Vinyl Liquid Liner and replaced it with their horrible Epic Wear liner I was on the hunt for a new eyeliner that's easy to apply and heavily pigmented. After many trial and errors I came across Physicians Formula and let me tell you how impressed I was with this eyeliner. The application is super smooth and does not irritate my eyes like many other liners. One stick will last me a long time and won't dry out like some of the others (looking at you, KVD!). If I had to complain about one thing it's that it's a VERY liquidy...liquid eyeliner. If that even makes any sense. It's likely to smear right after application before it dries (the amount of times I've gotten it on my top lid after blinking...) but as long as you're careful and let it set for a minute it will last you all day. For me this is just a small set back, but might break or make it for someone else. Overall, I love this liner! I would give it more stars if I could.

I like this product but it makes my eyes water nonstop so is hard for me to wear. It goes one super easily, goes on over shimmer shadow easily and pretty much stays put, but I can't stand that it makes my eyes water for hours. It doesn't burn or make them red, just watery. If you don't have sensitive eyes this is probably a good option for you but not for me. I like the brown non-waterproof version and have no issues with that one but something about the waterproof my eyes don't like.

I used it a handful of times before it dried out. It's patchy and not very opaque. The only good thing about it is the fine tip, but that would only be worth it if the product actually worked. It seems like the batches are inconsistent or something, that or the good reviews are either dishonest or from very lucky people.

I have such a difficult time applying eyeliner. This pen makes it so easy and fast! Plus it shows up really well and lasts a long time! Love it !!!

I didn't think I could love a liquid eyeliner more than the KVD one until I purchased this Physicians Formula eyeliner! The biggest perk to this eyeliner is how much less it costs than KVD! It also wears better and is more water proof as well.
jaymee from chicago
the eyeliner does apply smoothly and very pigmented however it's doesn't stay on for long. I've tried it 3 times thinking it was the hot day but it wears off easily and creased a bit on my hooded eyes.

As someone who blinks excessively, this waterproof eyeliner is a God send! I didn't know that the original, non-waterproof version could have something beat it, but this does! You can go to the gym, sweat outside in the humid SC heat, or even swim with this stuff on and not worry about it smudging off. It lasts me all day, every day. This picture is without touching it up. You can see some small areas where it's dried, but that's the only downfall. I love this product. PERIODT.

I use to use the non-waterproof version which I did like, but never lasted as long as I wanted it to. This version does the trick! It's long lasting and the brush tip is very easy to work with. Very black color.

This liquid eyeliner is 100% my holy grail! I try and have at least 2 at a time because I literally can't be without it! I use other liners but nothing compares to this one! It's so long lasting and the blackest shade of eyeliners I own! I highly recommend it y'all!

This is a super nice liquid eyeliner, especially at this price point. The brush is precise and allows you to easily perfect your wings and to get a nice even line on the lash line. The only con is that it is not as dark or opaque as some other eyeliners I have tried. But it is all about preference.
hazelr26 from undisclosed
This is amazing! It's dark and has a satin finish. More on the liquidy side so sometimes it dries faster. No smudging also.
