Ok I just got this yesterday afternoon and used it for the first time this morning. I LOVE IT! My hair is almost collar bone length and I am almost a year into growing out my gray. My gray is very frizzy (temples and underside), and I have been using a small flatiron to remedy that, but all it does it flatten it (which it is supposed to, I get that), and I have burned myself a few times. I was drawn to this brush bc I would hopefully have more control, not burn myself on hot plates, and it would allow me to curl it under a little, so I could style my hair while smoothing it. The gray tendrils and the underside of my hair are my problem spots. I pretty much have to flatiron those areas every day so I don't look like Albert Einstein. I was immediately impressed by how quickly this worked...my hair was immediately smoother and I loved that I could just brush through it and get the results I wanted. I went over the tendrils a few times (they are really frizzy), but the underside only took one or two brush throughs and I was good to go. The downside of this little guy is it gets really hot and there is no temperature adjustment. You have to be careful bc the paddle of the brush is hot to the touch, but I didn't find it was as bad as scalding my face on hot flatiron plates. I'm impressed and will definitely keep using this!
Honestly, I had such high hopes for the Baby Brush Crush. My hair is short (in-between my shoulders and chin) & wavy so I didn't think there would be an issue with this — I was incorrect. Generally, my hair can get flat ironed & be totally smooth in about 10 min. I sectioned my hair into 4 chunks & literally had to go over each area MINIMALLY 4x's before it got "straight." I was so frustrated with how terrible the brush was working, I eventually just used my flat iron over everything I just did. Oh, and make sure you have ZERO tangles in your hair because it WILL get ripped out — I had a few baby tangled and my hair came out, so love that for me. I think if your hair is naturally fine and straight, this brush would work out for you — maybe when you just wake up & have hair all over the place. I would absolutely not suggest this for anyone with thicker hair or hair that has more than a slight bend to it naturally.

My hair is curly (between wavy and coils), fine but I have a lot, and bleached. My first impression was with my bangs, which I've been pulling back because I cut them too short, and they look amazing. It only took 2 passes to get rhem exactly how I like rhem. I moved in the the rest of my hair and it did a great job of straightening and smoothing. I think a flat iron leaves it slightly smoother and shinier, but for the time savings I will use this more than a flat iron or hairdryer.

I have curly hair but started the transition to blonde last August so it doesn't actually curl like it used to, and hopefully will again one day, so I like to straighten it instead. I dislike spending too much time on my hair, and the term "little sections" is the worst. I started searching for a straightening brush so I could straighten it quickly and gain a little volume too. I assumed straightening brushes do not achieve stick-straight hair, and that is primarily true. I purchased the Bed Head Heated Straightening Brush from here and the Amika Hair-dryer straightening brush elsewhere, which includes a setting for straightening without the blow-dry function. Out of the two, I preferred the Bed Head, as I could control the heat and I didn't feel it damaged my hair like the Amika brush, however, they are both clunky. My hair looked nice for a brief time after styling with both brushes, but not too long after, I just had wavy locks that looked like they may have been straight the day prior. Ironically, I found both brushes to be better for re-styling hair that had been straightened the day prior. THE BABY BRUSH CRUSH. I am considering the clunkiness to be an issue because of my hair's length. It's passed my shoulders but not far. This Baby Brush Crush by Drybar is THE ONE. It's the perfect size to get shiny, straight hair for someone with shorter to medium length hair. It's fast and ideal for touch-ups. This is going to be a staple in my routine. My only complaint is that we can't control the heat (400 degrees F, 200 degrees C), thus the handle becomes RIDICULOUSLY hot, ridiculously fast. It features dual voltage which I appreciate for travel purposes.

As much a Iove my drybar half shot blow dryer I hate this. It is worthless and seem to create extraordinary static as well. Gifted to goodwill.

I really like this styling tool! However, one of the comb tines broke right away. I wasn't able to send it back for a replacement in time. But it still does the job. It pretty much keeps my natural wavy hair tamed, but because of my hair texture and short length, it doesn't stay smoothed as long as I want. My hair is chin length and layered, so this Baby brush is really too big for styling my hair, even though I still use it. Please come up with a smaller version, dual voltage! I do recommend this brush.

I have extremely wave and curly hair! This totally works at smoothing my hair and my stubborn grays. I absolutely would recommend this product 💜

I bought this yesterday at the checkout on a whim. I am wowed by the ease of use and the fast and fantastic results! My hair is fine and curly….it frizzes easily. I used this for 5 minutes and am done. My Hair is smooth and softly shaped thanks to the brush. I can trash my old flat straightener and will not miss it.

I'm a little lazy when it comes to styling my hair because it's so time consuming. I have pretty straight, thick, long hair (it hits right below my chest). I love the hot brushes, but this thing is easier to style my hair for a messier, but more polished look by adding some waves to frame my face. I'm still getting the hang of it, I've used it a little more than a few times so far. It's much like a straightener, but I don't feel like it's doing as much damage and I spend less time. The size makes it easier to handle too.

This was a gift to my daughter and grand baby. I already owned one and loved it. They love the size and ease of use. Works great on all types and lengths of hair. Straightens as well as a flat iron would. Highly recommend.

I should have read the description on the box prior to purchasing as it clearly states it's for shorter hair. Item works on hair below shoulders but it takes much longer. Unit heats up quick.

I have naturally curly hair but i often will straighten it for aesthetic and ease. It usually takes me about an hour to an hour and a half to straighten my hair with a traditional straightener. For the price I was incredibly surprised with the result of this tool! It works great and it only took me around 25 minutes to do my whole head of hair. I highly recommend this for curly/ wavy hair.

First & most important use is on my bangs. It outstanding in straightening and styling them. Then to brush through my hair (especially second day) is very helpful. The Brush is perfect design for these uses; the heat and the weight is also perfect!

This is a great little implement to quickly smooth out my short bob. Heats up immediately and is small so it may travel well.

If you're in a climate that has any humidity you NEED this straightening brush. Especially this summer! The heat and humidity were giving me so much more frizz than usual. After I dry my hair using my Single Shot I use this straightening brush and it takes care of the frizz. It only takes a few min and it heats up quickly.

I was spoiled using the L'ange heated brush, so I'm comparing that to this mini styling brush. I bought this for traveling, hoping to pack light. Unfortunately, all mini brushes I've seen and tried aren't hot enough for my hair and this was no exception. Returning this and using my full-size, heat adjustable model.

Don't like it at all. It just doesn't do well with my hair. I would not buy or recommend.

My hair is going through a frizzy phase. I was hoping it was a temporary phase but so far it's permanent. The drybar brush really gets frizzy out. So glad I bought it!

I was under the impression it would work like a flat iron?It does help with smoothing out the curls but I feel you still need the flat iron after to give it that smooth straight look.
Myy from New Jersey
It didn't do much for me but at least my hair was tidy for a while
