The wife & I got to try the Wella Nutricurls Shampoo through PowerReviews /Tolouna. My wife & I were Really impressed with this Shampoo! Honestly, I didn't expect it to be much different than any other shampoo. I have really curly , thick hair. I depend on product to keep in inline. This Wells Nutricurls Line is awesome for curly hair! It made my hair soft, without the frizz! It was easy to rinse out & I noticed NO drying ! I did notice, however, that I had to use more shampoo than Normal. That's the ONLY thing I didn't like. She's always onto me about using too much product (of everything! Lol). So, I tried to start with a 'normal ' amount. I had to add more.( Based on this, I can assume, we'd run out sooner . )I thought she was going to say something to me about using too much (again lol) & She said she also had to use 2 helpings. She has LONG, thin, Wavy/Straight hair. She also really liked the shampoo (besides seeming to need too much to wash her hair) . Her hair looked nice! No frizz. It looked fuller, healthier even. Her waves even formed nicer & stayed formed until she washed it again. I think we agree, the Wella Nutricurls Line is GREAT for All kinds of Waves & Curls!
I have thick, wavy hair. While this product doesn't have a negative effect on my hair necessarily, it doesn't have a positive one either in comparison to the Wella I usually use. I think my biggest issue is it doesn't lather. It feels like I'm washing my hair with water. Maybe it's a mental thing, but it just doesn't feel clean when I'm done. I'm gonna go back to my normal shampoo. I'm going to spend an absurd amount of money on shampoo, I'll at least buy one that doesn't leave me confused as to whether I washed my hair or not.

I love this shampoo. I like that it doesn't strip moisture from my hair which is not good for curly hair. Curly hair is drier than straight hair. To the people complaining about the lack of lather, that's because it doesn't contain sulfate. Sulfate is the ingredient in shampoo that makes it lather and makes hair feel clean. It's not a friendly ingredient for those of us with curly hair. If you don't think your hair feels clean I recommend using a curl friendly clarifying shampoo (like Malibu-C) once a month.

I LOVE the smell of this shampoo. However, it's so hard to clean your hair because you have to use so much just so the product will start to bubble and get soapy. When you have to use so much to clean your hair, it starts to become expensive. I will say that I absolutely love the conditioner that goes with this though.

I have been searching for the perfect shampoo for my fine wavy/curly hair for years, literally. This shampoo is amazing. It isn't stripping and it defines my waves/curls perfectly. I have fine virgin hair that gets very dry but can easily be weighed down. This shampoo gives amazing weightless hydration. I used to wake up with dry hair every morning and since using this shampoo that never happens, I wake up to soft manageable hair. I highly recommend pairing the shampoo with the matching conditioner because the conditioner is a gel consistency which I think plays into why this line gives such great weightless hydration.

I bought the travel size to try, even that was a waste of money, a shampoo that doesn't clean your hair (even after a couple washes). Maybe, maybe if you don't use ANY product in your hair, then this might work. If you do- find something that cleans.

I have A LOT of very fine, wavy hair that is very sensitive to traditional shampoos. It gets greasy and weighed down easily, as well as frizzy (don't get me started - I live in Florida and it's a constant battle). But this shampoo has seriously given me amazing hair days each and every time I've used it. My hair is bouncier and waves are enhanced and frizz free. My hair feels clean while at the same time moisturized to the most perfect degree. I originally bought this during Ulta's 13 day sale and I'm so happy it was on there because otherwise might not have found my new favorite shampoo. I just ordered my second bottle. Highly recommend for those with hair like mine.

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about this shampoo and I just want to throw in my experience. I have incredibly fine and oily 2C/3A curls. Most curly hair products out there are made for much thicker, drier hair, and always leave my hair flat, greasy, and stringy. This shampoo was recommended to me by my hairstylist of almost 10 years who also has finer curly hair like me. after years trying every clean curly product i can find, Wella really nailed it with their nutricurls line. I LOVE it and have even tried other products after with no such luck. I always go back to my nutricurls :) so if you have fine wavy/light curls, give this a shot!

I use this 2-3 times a week. Others have said it doesn't lather but I find that taking just a couple minutes to massage it on my scalp causes it to lather just fine. My roots definitely feel clean after use but it also seems very gentle!

Love this shampoo. 2b fine med po Med density curls. Gave tons of volume, enhanced curls. It's sulfate free so doesn't lather. But if you shampoo 2x, it lathers like a dream the second time after you get the initial wash out.

I tried this when I got myhair profressionally done with dye and it just feels like it gets greasy and dirty quicker. Usually I can almost go a week without washing my hair, but after the second day with this shampoo I feel greasy.

The shampoo leaves your hair a feel it was not cleaned. Scalp stay greasy and fatty. It is not lathering almost at all. I used this family before the elemnts for example that was very good. But this one is really bad.

Makes my hair have it's curl back. Can't wait to try the other products in this line. Definitely recommend to others.

I really wanted this to work, but my hair was far to dry to see any difference. Lathers up well and I can tell it is a quality product- my color damaged hair needs more moisture to have well defined waves.

I have fine 3a/2b hair. I always use a good clarifying shampoo because my hair is very easily weighed down by oils and products. I cant believe it but this shampoo left my hair so dry. My wavy ringlet curls are stringy and frizzy. No thank you. The scent is very strong and perfumery.

I'm Afro Latina and to find products that work with my hair is a bit hard . My hair is long wavy / curly , very sensitive to humidity . Honestly if the shampoo leaves my hair feeling fine and bridle as I'm applying the product I know that's a product that won't work for me . But this product was the complete opposite , it apply great and once I added water to my hair it felt nice and luxurious!

My hair is curly and frizzy, and the shampoo works well with my hair, but expected more moisture than what I felt. Overall works well and nice fragrance

I've been using this shampoo for a couple of weeks. I use a small quarter size amount for my medium length hair. I'm extremely satisfied with the way it leaves my hair. My wavy hair is soft and not frizzy at all.

This shampoo is great. I loved the smell and how my hair felt when I was finished washing it. I love that it does not have parabens and it does stop frizz as it says. I will definitely be using this product again.

I really liked the smell of the shampoo. It was a light clean natural smell. I liked that it was clear and jelly like, instead of a creamy shampoo. It didn't strip my hair either of it's natural oils. So that's an added plus!

My hair felt very fresh and NOT damaged or dried out after using this shampoo! The scent is really nice and it honestly felt like a spa experience for me! I loosely follow the curly girl method, but I can't give up shampoo altogether because my hair gets greasy after a while, and I feel like this was the perfect solution!! I will definitely buy again!!

I got this product for my teenage son who has shoulder length wavy hair. He plays football and baseball, and his hair is a matted sweaty mess after wearing the helmet/hat during practice and games. We had not been able to find a shampoo that would clean his hair without drying it out. The Wella Nutricurls Shampoo for Waves cleans his hair well, but doesn't leave it dry. It has a pleasant "clean" scent that isn't overwhelming - especially for a teenage boy. We are both really happy with this shampoo.

I use this shampoo every couple of days, so, I need to shampoo twice (as I do with most shampoos). Very light, which is a pleasant sensation but overall, I feel it falls in line with most quality shampoos and didn't really have a 'truly standout' feature.
