NOTE: despite the description, mini size does NOT come with a spatula. Now I see reviews that say this but sadly didn't see them before ordering. I used a plastic knife and it worked fine, although it's not ideal because of the serration on the knife causing many tiny strings. I'll have to get a real spatula. So I have never waxed anything at home and have been plucking my eyebrows since March thanks to COVID (I usually have them professionally waxed). But since apparently my ancestors are part Sasquatch, this was getting old, I can't even see some of the smaller hairs, and I wanted that waxed smoothness. Instead of buying the giant wineglass shaped cup (WHY), I used a silicon baking cup (like you would use for cupcakes instead of the paper cups). That worked great although that particular cup won't be used for baking anymore. Once the wax cools, you can just sort of crack it off, but it did leave little wax bits around the rim, but who cares, this one will be my wax cup. You really need something shallow, the cup they sell seems insane to me. Anyway, took me a few minutes in 30-sec microwave intervals to get the wax to the right consistency. Then you have to kind of run to the bathroom because it cools fast. I painted it on with the plastic knife (that won't be reusable, haha) and let it cool. I'm super impatient so I let it cool like twice as long as I thought I needed to. Ripped it off like the pros do, opposite direction of hair growth. Hair came off great! Took me 2 times per eyebrow to get all the hair, not because the wax didn't work but because my placement using a plastic knife was not awesome. The wax does form these crazy long threadlike strings that get all over the place, but you can kind of pluck them off and roll them up in a ball and they dry and come right off. So they are annoying but I'm sure I'll get better at this. My skin was a little red but about the same as when I have it waxed professionally. So I think it's a great product!
so i used this on my legs and armpits both have thicker hair. let me just say armpits worked way better and i don't know why because i did the one handed. legs on the other hand... i took all the right steps and not many hairs came off, especially on my thighs, where the hair is thinner. i'd say about 80% hair cake off on calves and 10% came off on thighs. i was about to give up on this until i used it on my armpits. i'm in love with those results but do not recommend for larger areas

If I could I would give this hard wax a 0/5 stars! Not only is it overpriced, but the quality is cheap! Wax strip breaks easily. Do not purchase!!!

This wax was easy to use, painless and effective at removing hair.

Not worth the price. Not even worth $1. It was messy and wasn't a smooth process. I have had better luck with soft wax and strips on my legs.

Best nose wax! After watching the tutorial on wakse website I was able to use with a minimal learning curve. If you are using a smaller volume, i found that turning it on and off to maintain temp was key. So much better than microwave wax!

I purchased these beads along with the wakes microwaveable cup. The beads smell good, the application wasn't hard, pulling it off was easy. I first started with my legs and realized this is going to take forever. The wax wouldn't grab all the hair and then the problem became that the wax would cool down to fast! I found myself having to remelt the wax so often that It took me 30 mins just to do one under arm. Honestly I rather just pay for someone to wax me at that point. This items is def going back!

After multiple attempts, watching the videos online, applying with the grain of the hair, against the hair, thin, thick, warmer, cooler, sat for 2 mins, 5 mins, 20 mins …back to the store it went. I gets 1 star because it is pretty and smells good. That's about it. I had MUCH better results from my cheap Glee strips.

I use this on my underarms, upper lip and chin areas and never have issues. Practice definitely makes perfect but I would never go back to shaving.

I only use it on my face. I haven't tried it anywhere else. Sometimes I have to go over spots twice but it's no big deal.

This product is my go-to for waxing. It leaves my legs HAIRLESS!! It's great for when I go on dates with my husband. Ladies I recommend this. Your legs will be smooth for so long.

I've had professional setups for years but when it came time to replace I got these and the little cup and it works great. Melt to a thin consistency and swirl around on your stick to cool and it works great. Did eyebrows, chin and face. Had to re-melt for the last couple pieces but perfect for being compact.

I'm African American and I used his to wax my stubborn chin hairs, side burns and mustache. This removed all the hair off. I loved the smell and color as well. I did buy an empty wax pot and heated it in my wax warmer as well. I do wish this was a little cheaper but I will definitely repurchase!

Easy to use. Good quality.

First off, it took a long time for the wax to melt. It solidified really quick and felt plastic-y. It definitely worked but didn't take all my hair off all at once. I had to do one patch around 3 times. It's really pretty though! Maybe I'm just not used to it so I'm planning to return it.

This melted very well! I literally waxed my own lady bits by myself lol. Good formula because I had no irritation after words and I have sensitive skin. Cons would be the amount they give you for the price. It was only enough to do one Brazilian and some other touch ups. Wish it was only ten for the small jar.

Ran out of wax and picked this up knowing very little about it. My underarm hair was barley the "rice grain" length, but it got it all in one pull. Smooth, goes on thin, pulls even the little hairs out! Definitely enjoying this stuff.

This was my first experience with any waxing product. I viewed a lot of product videos before using to make sure I had a good idea of what to do. I used the Wakse melting pot to warm the wax in the microwave and it worked well, but there was a little bit of a learning curve. Too cool and doesn't pull up the hairs, but too hot and it irritates the skin. As long as the temperature is good the product is very effective and hardens to a good consistency. I found that sometimes I need to reheat the product before I am finished or it cools too much. Overall, I felt this product was good for a beginner and I'll be using it again in the future.

Loved it except for the smell.

Don't wax without watching some YouTube videos first! Once you get the technique and consistency down, waxing was a breeze.

It worked perfectly to be honest . Smaller than expected

I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. I previously got GiGi beans from Sally's and these compared to those?? These work SO MUCH BETTER. Melts in my wax pot great, a LOT less painful (nearly painless) compared to the ones from Sally's. And these smell sooooo good!

I wax myself, and this was worse than GIGI. I cant stand GIGI products, but this was worse. On top of that, its expensive for barely any product. It breaks, cracks, and doesn't pull the hairs. You have to go over the same spot over and over.

Barely got any hair off and left me itchy with red bumps. not fun👎🏻
