My new favourite bronzer its super soft, pigmented, blend-able, buildable, and smells soooooo good. Plus its so affordable compared to other bronzers of the same quality, will definitely be purchasing it again!
I was super excited about this bronzer after seeing some of my favorite beauty gurus recommend it as a cost-effective dupe for higher end alternatives like Fenty. The color is great and it went on smooth. It also lasted all day. The problem? It caused severe, cystic pimples in the areas where I applied it. I gave it a few days to be sure, but I am convinced it is this product. The zits are literally lined up in the areas where I brushed this on (lower cheeks and temples). I checked the ingredients list and dimethicone (a silicone based element that is terrible for acne prone skin) is the third ingredient! While dimethicone is hard to avoid in many cosmetic powders, it is rarely that high on the list. For comparison, dimethicone is number 8 or less in Bare Minerals, ABH, and Fenty bronzers. I will try Bare Minerals next since that brand has been really good for my acne prone skin thus far. I hate to spend $20 more, but my skin can't take this product. I hope Maybelline reworks this formula.

This was easy to use, applied without any patchiness. It didn't irritate my sensitive skin. It gave me a nice subtle bronze look. I'll continue to use it.

It's difficult to open! The color goes orange/rust.

I got this bronzer in the shade "Light 100" and it's perfect for my pale skin tone. Usually bronzers tend to look orange on me but this shade work perfectly and didn't make me look like I had rubbed Cheeto dust on my face lol. Also this bronzer blends nice and lasts all day. I would definitely recommend.

Lightly brushed over my makeup.

Listen, I have tried every bronzer there is, and this one is the best of the best. I work in a hospital and sometimes a girl wants to wear makeup even though I have to wear a mask and face shield. Throughout the day everything else melts. But this lasted 12 hours and didn't budge. I'm also extremely pale and this fit for my skin tone perfectly. It didn't turn orange when I blended or leave a grey undertone either which I struggle when I wear Benefit Hula Bronzer. It blends super well, and it's not expensive. Trust me, this is a great summer bronzer for us pale girls.

I am quite fair with a cool skin tone. I was hoping this would be a good bronzer shade for me, but it was still a little too yellow for my liking. It is a really nice, fine powder though.

The 200 is in perfect but the packaging was so careless my makeup has a odd smell of perfume To it and it came all scratched and broken my bronzer

I can't say a bad thing about this product! This powder is light, and blends like a dream into the skin. I think this is one of the best drugstore bronzers I have found. I am very fair skinned- especially in the winter and I have a hard time with bronzers being too orange or unnatural looking on me. I do not have that issue with the light shade of the city bronzer!

I was almost out of my old bronzer and then found out the color had been discontinued. I went to Ulta with my old bronzer compact open and did pan-to pan comparisons of other bronzers to find a similar shade. Maybelline City Bronzer in its deepest shade (300) looked as close as I could find. After purchasing and applying it the next day, I saw that the color was nowhere near my old bronzer shade. On my skin, the color was a light red with light gold shimmer. It was pretty, but it looked like a blush/highlighter instead of a bronzer. Maybelline, please add a BFOWN-toned bronzer to your line. Sadly, I had to return the product.

This is honestly one of my all time favorite bronzers. I have mine in shade 200 and it is perfect for when I get a bit lighter in the winter. It blends out nicely and is easy to build up. If your thinking of trying it, give it a try! :)

I used up my city bronzer in the shade 100, and I really like it. I had bought it when they launched. It was a bit light for me so I had to layer it up. Since it was light I bought the 200 shade to replace my used up 100 shade. This now has sparkles in it and isn't matte like they used to be! The old one had ZERO sparkle, it was truly matte. Idk if they changed formulas or had manufacturing issues?? But very disappointed with it. Will be returning.

i'm very picky about bronzer, this one is so cool toned and actually makes u look bronzed instead of orange! i love it!

I got the light 100. Love the smell. Easy to blend. I consider more of a contour than bronzer since the shade looks neutral to me, at least on my skin tone.

I prefer the color, scent and application of the Milani Silky Matte Bronzer. I saw this in a YouTube tutorial and thought I'd give it a try, but I'm going to return it.

This bronzer is as good as expensive brands.

Never had any problems with it, it looks amazing on fair skin tones!

Don't buy this from Ulta
Shade 100 is YELLOW! and doesn't blend too well. So much kick back powder when you dip your brush in the pan.
Lulu from Manhattan
Overall the city bronzer is great Very bendable and sorta like a baked cream Shade 200 has a orange hint but can be fixed with concealer The smell is nice it smells like a rich grandmas house lol

These used to be so much more natural when they came out. They're so gray now. Very difficult to blend out and not flattering on all skin. The ELF bronzer is far more superior.

it's really good but it doesn't stay very long and pls make more darker shades. overall soo good
