However, I've tried felt tips in the past and was not a fan. Since my normal eyeliner was out of stock, I decided to give this a shot. It is my absolute new favorite! It glides on beautifully and stays where it's at. Also, for a waterproof item, you do not need to scrub your face off to get it off. It's consistency allows for easy, precise application. Unfortunately if you so much as touch the product even hours after application it rubs right off. Nothing waterproof about it.
