7.Investments The Company’s short-term investments as of August 4, 2018, February 3, 2018, and July 29, 2017 consist of $149,000, $120,000, and $180,000, respectively, in certificates of deposit. These short-term investments are carried at cost, which approximates fair value and are recorded in the consolidated balance sheets in short-term investments. The contractual maturity of the Company’s investments was less than twelve months at August 4, 2018. |
