Most Helpful Positive Review I Just Can't Get Enough First, let me say that I almost never, ever buy a product more than once. I enjoy the thrill of the chase, the excitement of trying something new, the anticipation of it. But this foundation.....since it came out early this year it's been #HolyGrail status. I've bought it 3 times. I've continued to buy other kinds as well, but I ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS come back to this after one or two uses of the other. Over the summer I tried Too Faced Dew You foundation, Tarte Foundcealer, Becca Skin Love Foundation, Nudestix Tinted Blur, It Cosmetics full-coverage moisturizer and none could come close. The only other one I've found that came close is L'Oreal Infallible 24 hour foundation (I think that's the name, it's the one in the glass bottle w pump). But THIS is still superior. However, the L'Oreal has a water base so if you have an issue w silicones I recommend it as a "dupe" for this. Honestly, my face is oily and I have so many texture issues but I don't like a heavy finish. I like for my freckles to show, so I use a pore balm and then a mattifying primer before foundation to blur out my pores so I don't need a heavy foundation. I use TonyMoly Egg Pore Silky Smooth balm and either Ulta Mattifying primer or Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later (I prefer Elizabeth Mott but both are great). But let me get back to this foundation lol. Anyway, it makes my skin look so, so, so, flawless and luminous. This would be amazing for bridal makeup. You will need to set it, I use Mattify Cosmetics Ultra powder to sit and Becca Hydra powder as finishing powder. This is so slippery, it glides over the skin. I definitely recommend an oval foundation brush to apply. Seriously, 10/10 recommend it. Please give it a shot! If you hate it Ulta will allow you to return it, you're out nothing.
Most Helpful Critical Review Application issues I recieved this free with a promotion. When I applied it I did think that it covered my redness decently and I buildable, although it won't build higher than a medium coverage.
With that being said, this foundation was extremely difficult to apply. I tried working it in with both a brush and a sponge. It did better with the sponge, but it just smeared around as I tried to apply it. I love a good water based foundation, but this just would not stay in place. It looked decent when I got it into place and set it with a powder, but it does not stay on long at all before it eventually just slides off. It is also slightly sticky if you touch it with your fingers after it is set. I also got some tiny pimples on my cheeks after I wore it. Getting a free foundation was nice - but I wouldn't pay for this.

Love the product--Hate the bottle 4

This is the thinnest, lightest foundation I have ever experienced. Thin as water but glides on as silk. I have also never found a commercial foundation "match" as perfect for me as available in this brand (light to med cool). Although a bit thin, most foundations are way to thick for me and I find mixing this with anything else creates the perfect consistency for me. I am 46 and just need light coverage. Tip: Don't be concerned by the "wetness" when you put it on--Give your foundation a few minutes to "set" before going in to the next step. The applicator is terrible. Its a messy dropper and I cannot figure out how it is intended to be used.
Very Oily 2
Maddie from FL
I got this when it was on sale cause I thought, why not? Don't do it. The dropper doesn't work so I transferred it to a different container and in doing so I found this to be so oily. I went one day without wearing it and the next there was a layer of oil on top. It isn't dewy it's oily. I gave it two stars only cause I like the light coverage for my skin. The container is really cheap, the dropper doesn't work at all and the formula is too oily even for dry skin.
Used this on own it was ehhh, but feels good on skin. 4

I still have to try it mixed in my regular foundation.
Still on the Fence 3

Some days I love how this product applies and looks, some days I wish I had not used it. the days I really add a lot of moisurizer to my skin are the days it look great, very skin like. But if I neglect to over moisturize look out, there will be patches and dry areas where it clings and settles. It's great for no makeup makeup days (when it behaves). It's not greasy or oily and on the good days, my skin looks pretty flawless and very skin like.
I would never buy this again- waste of money. 1

Do not buy. The dropper is difficult to use hard to get the foundation out onto my brush
I Will Purchase again 5

I Have normal skin (now that I'm over 60). I don't like wearing heavy makeup on the daily, so this no makeup, makeup look is perfect for me, I feel polished yet natural. I will purchase again.
Wonderful - but not for rushed days 4

Looking at some of the more negative reviews, I notice that I agree with the comments to a degree but I feel that if you think about the name of the product and follow the directions, then the formula works beautifully. The packaging is a little messy and difficult to use but 1 or 2 drops goes a long, long way. Only use 1 or 2, like the directions say and build if you want. Then blend like crazy! It does take a good amount of time to fully blend but, again, the finish and coverage are perfect (if you enjoy natural makeup like myself). Final comments: use this only when you have the time. The difficult packaging and amount of time it takes to blend keep this product from being 5 stars to me but as far as pay-off - I love it!

I've been looking for a sheer foundation to match my body (self tanner problems). I was hoping this would be a light summer foundation, but it is a bit heavier than i expected. Mixed in with moisturizer or sunscreen it sheers out well. I knocked off a couple of stars because the dropper mechanism doesn't work well. The shade matched beautifully
Would not buy again 1

This product was very greasy and just sat on top of my skin. Difficult to apply, as it moved around the face. I ended up washing my face and using a different product.
Worthless 1

This might be a good product if you were 10, but I don't think 10 year olds should be wearing makeup.
Loved it 4

Really nice texture and dewy, light coverage. Comparable to The Ordinary serum foundation and better than Ilia serum foundation in my opinion.
Thin and watery 1
CoffinCutie from Tennessee
It is like watered down, cheap foundation. It took a lot more than expected to do a minimal coverage job
not the worst 3
lolli from greenwood
very runny, messy, dries quickly. if u were to get it you'd need to go a shade darker than usual bc my usual makes me look like a ghost. it's also rly oily looking too.

This product I was assuming was a light coverage and buildable coverage foundation . It turned out to be absolutely oily and felt like I had put coconut oil all over my face. .
Lightweight Coverage 5

I absolutely love this product. I love the coverage it gives. It works amazing. It feels so soft and smooth on your skin. I will definitely buy again. I have already told others about this product and they have bought it! I have even bought some for my daughter!

I love this product. It going on the skin so smoothly. My face is soft when I wash it off. The coverage isn't perfect, but definitely a nice base coat.
great for my dry skin! 5
mads from missouri
this is exactly the foundation i needed! it applies easily and covers blemishes without clinging to any dry patches.
Great Product 4
Dakota from WV
I used it for the first time. It is very lightweight and buildable for coverage. It is a little watery, but not horrible!
Not the worst foundation, but you can do better 2
tayymahon from Dayton, OH
This foundation is quite runny. Perhaps because of the serum, but even when set it's pretty wet and it moves like crazy. It's not the worst foundation I've ever tried but I think you can get a better foundation, save your money.
Not the Best 1
Allie from North Carolina
Very watery/runny. Extremely messy. Hard to control the amount of foundation that comes out of the dropper. Also, my dropper came apart, making the product even harder to use. Product does not blend into my skin well...cakey. It looks like I'm wearing foundation when I wear this...in a bad way. Do not buy.
For reference, I have dry/normal skin. Light acne.
Packaging terrible. Very oily for combination skin 3
Cici from Cincinnati, Ohio
I was excited to try this but the dropper made it difficult to use. It went on easily and buildable coverage but very oily for my combination skin and even after using setting powder and spray it became an oil mess after about 3 hours.
