Most Helpful Positive Review Leaves your brushes clean and soft
I have pretty sensitive skin and tend to break out if my brushes go uncleaned for any amount of time. I bought this brush cleaner and was a bit skeptical. A friend of mine recently bought a brush cleaner by another company and said it left her brushes coarse. This was super eSy to use bi simply wet the brush put a nickel sized amount of gel right onto he brush and massaged it under running water. Bronzer came running out of the brush and in a manner of minutes the water ran clear and my brush was clean. Then all I did was squeeze out the excess water and lay it on a clean towel on the counter. I came back to check on fifteen minutes and it was drying fine and keeping it's original shape. Love this product!!!!
Most Helpful Critical Review baby shampoo works better
Yes this brush cleaner works, but baby shampoo works just as well if not better for a fraction of the price. I got this when I bought my bare minerals foundation a while ago as a gift with purchase and am glad i did not pay to buy it. not worth the price

How you use this product is you put a small amount on your brush and just rub it into the brush and then you rinse everything out
Dissolves the gunk!
Amanda from Oregon
Worth every drop! I've used different sprays, gels, and cream cleaners in the past to clean my Tarte Amazonian clay foundation off of my Clarisonic brush and settled for "good enough" with the residue they'd leave behind. No more! Two dime-sized drops of this wonder cleaned every trace of buildup off of the brush head! It cleaned Benefit Ka-Brow pomade off my angled brush in a flash. I wish I would've bought this sooner and saved myself from replacing brushes. It'll be a must-have in my kit from now on.
Exceeded my expectations !!!! NEW HOLY GRAIL

WOW!!! I originally purchased on a whim just to give it a try, and let just me say:
My brushes have never looked, and felt so brand stinking new!!!
This product both conditions, and cleans effectively. It's so easy, the product just washes RIGHT OUT AND my brushes have never felt SO GOOD AFTERWARD! It's the softest they've felt since purchasing!! It also works on both natural and synthetic brushes! (I have both) As a person who likes to splurge on luxe brushes, this product has literally SAVED and revitalized them! < 3
Will purchase again

It clears and the brushes dry quickly. Just remember to spray a paper towel or tissue abd not the brushes.
It does the job but there are other ways

For what it is, it's very expensive. I use this for my foundation brush and it's okay but baby wash does the exact same thing for much cheaper. I won't be repurchasing.
Best I have ever used.

I have tried other brush cleaners, but Well Cared For is the best I've ever used. With just a small amount of product, my brushes come so clean and with little effort.
Cleans Throughly and With Ease
Ginger Momma from KS
I've tried baby shampoo and less expensive brush shampoos, but I didn't like how they cleaned my makeup brushes (residue, smell, amount of time/soap it took to throughly clean). Well Cared for does the job with ease and uses such a tiny amount to get the brush clean. The bottle lasts a l-o-n-g time.
Works well, just like the original

What can you say about a brush cleaner, as long as it does it's job then it works great.
Loved this product

I read a lot of reviews before buying this product. Some good and some not so good. I used a dime sized amount as recommended on a damp brush. I suggest if you are cleaning a foundation brush (particularly one you use for liquid foundation) to apply a dime sized amount in hand, dampen brush and with using the palm of your hand swirl the brush around in a sweeping and circular motion. If you think the makeup is just going to magically fall off, it's not. I repeated my steps a couple times to ensure my brushes were clean. I did not use half the bottle, not even close. A little amount goes a long way and trust me I have a lot of brushes to clean.

Great shampoo for brushes but just not sure it's worth the price. You could easily use a baby shampoo or baby wash that'll work as great for a fraction of the cost. This might be a great splurge every now and then. I mean, it does what it's supposed to so what more can you ask for.
Goes bad quickly
Basmki from Chicago
I bought this 6 months ago and use a small amount every few weeks to deep clean my brushes. (Weekly/daily light cleaning with IT Cosmetics spray brush cleaner.) it worked fine for a while. But tonight when I tried to see clean my foundation brush, the cleanser didn't clean anything off the brush. It had a slight off smell, also. Seems like it "went bad." I'm not pleased for the cost of this cleanser. I'm going back to using baby shampoo.
Great brush shampoo!

This brush shampoo thoroughly cleans and conditions brushes. Definitely extends the life of brushes. I've used this for many years and have always been pleased with the results.

This product didn't work! The only reason I bought it was our was the only non scented cleaner. Now to go to another store for a product that works.

Add a small amount to hot water and clean your brushes. It makes them last longer.

I have been wanting to try this for years. I finally bought a bottle. I used it this morning. It barely took the makeup off my brushes. I tried it a few times, but the makeup was still on the brushes. I used liquid hand soap, which is what I have been using, and the makeup came off. I love BareMinerals, but this was a waste of my money.
A lot for the price

I have been using this product sine it came out years and years ago! The packaging has changed, but thank God not the product. We all know that cleaning our brushes is not only essential to our health, but it prolongs the life of our brushes. I have tried everything from regular dish soap to high end face wash (Philosophy's Purity) and I always come back to this gem. I find with harsher detergents The bristles feel dry. And with Purity there was still tons of makeup product still left on the brushes. Whether it's natural hair or synthetic (taklon, etc.) this cleanses quickly and by morning my brushes are soft and like brand new. It literally melts away the makeup. From powder foundation, to liquid, to eyeshadow brushes, to gel liner brushes, it all just melts away. I literally am still using my Flawless Face brush from my original kit from I don't even want to say how long ago lol!!! Bare minerals don't ever discontinue this product!!!!
