Most Helpful Positive Review Easy & effective
I have been using Parissa wax strips for years; have tried other brands but Parissa is the best. This product used to be hard to find & I had to order it from Canada. I'm glad Ulta carries it, plus I get to use the Ulta coupn! I use the long strips for my legs, I warm the product in between my hands briefly. Be sure to pull it parallel to the skin, never upwards. After a period of time, hair grows back more sparse & fine. Absolutely wonderful for travel as they take up no space. No mess like with a jar of wax & cloth strips. You can cut the large strips to use for bikini line & underarms or just buy the smaller ones. One strip (that opens up to two) per leg is all you need. Each package comes with a vial of azulene oil to apply afterwards. The only con I can think of is that I would prefer the oil in a towelette form for travel, and I have actually suggested this to the company so hopefully they will add this in the future.
Most Helpful Critical Review Disappointing
This product only removed some of the hair on my legs. I liked the convenience the product offered, however, it did not completely remove the hair. I think it may work on someone with finer or more sparse hair though.

I've always used the Veet leg wax strips, but saw these on the shelf and decided to try them. These hardly grab at your hair and leave quite a bit left behind. Going back to the Veet ones immediately after I'm done with this box.
Works for the husband's back

These work well for my husband's back, and is easier than getting him to pay $$$$ at a salon. I've tried these on myself for bikini and underarm, and did not have much luck at all. I prefer the strip-less hard wax and someone else doing it :)
PRO TIP: use a hairdryer to warm up the wax sheets before applying.
Works as well as a professional would do! No fuss-No mess.

I used these for the first time and it took off all the hair on my legs and the oil made my legs feel silky smooth. I will buy these again.
Works, painful but works

Works really well.
A little prep works best

I've been using this product for some time now. It takes time to remove ALL the hair, and unless the "follicle bulb is removed, the hair will grow back. Repeated use over time will reduce the growth.
Now the prep work -- Exfoliate a day or two BEFORE using this product. Do not use moisturizer the evening before or prior to using.
I've found letting the sheets heat up in direct sunlight worked better than just warming between my hands. Rub the strips well and pull fast. If you did not exfoliate, you will get a lot of dry skin and few to no hair. You can reuse the strip if it is still "tacky" or "sticky" Again, I found letting it warm up in direct sunlight worked well to soften the wax on the plastic strip.
Afterwards, you can use the oil included to clean up any wax left behind. I avoided moisturizers for 24 hours after and had no skin irritation. When I did use them I'd get bumps and itching.
I love these strips!

I love this wax and have been using it for years. I cut the strips in half for my underarms and cut into little strips to wax my eyebrows and above the lip. Clean, easy to use, and they even give you a little vial of oil to clean the wax off with afterwards.
Can't live without it

No mess wax system that works perfect
The oil is a miracle cleaner for the sticky residue
Horrible allergic reaction

When I initially waxed, (used on upper back) it did an okay job of removing hair. It left my skin with tiny bumps and I thought they would fade after a couple days. A week later the bumps are still here even worse, almost cyst like. Horrible allergic reaction.
Really liked this product

I love Parissa. It's the only brand that actually works on my coarse hair. I use these strips on my legs. They're are easy to use and not abrasive. Overall, they reduce the amount of time it takes me to wax. If you want to take the stress and time out of waxing, get these. You won't regret it.
No I didn't like it it didn't work for me

Easy for in home waxing

I have been using these wax strips as long as I can remember, whenever I want more of a close hair removal than shaving gives me. These are easy and painless. It's not as great as a pro can do in the hard to reach areas, but it'll do in a pinch. I use them for my bikini area. If you follow directions it works well. And you can do the whole area in a couple of minutes. It's much easier using these strips than heating up wax, which I have done before. That ends up too thick and sticky. These have no mess associated with them.

WOW! does this thing peel your skin right off! This stuff works great for removing hair however, it takes skinn with it. good effective product -just be careful
Probably the worst purchase I have ever made.
Marie from New Jersey
Left ALOT of wax residue. Did not remove any hair.

I have always shaved- never waxed before but my hair was long enough (oops) so I figured I would give it a try. I decided to go with the strips given the fact I'd never done it before, and it was a great call. I did not clean my legs before (as directed), but did use baby powder to make the hairs a little more tacky as well as buffer from the skin. I didn't think the heat from rubbing it between my hands was enough but it turned out to be perfect. Just apply the strip (you can cut for smaller areas) and pull back swiftly, opposite of hair growth. ** One thing I found to be key was to pull the strip back, keeping it as close to the skin as possible- if it was lifted and even slightly pulled up, it left wax behind, hurt to pull, and didnt pull the hair out. Overall, it works well, but definitely make sure your hair is 1/4" long. I had a few that were close and they were left behind, that's the only reason for four stars
I would buy this again

Works fine with me all the time. It can irritate a bit, but effective than any other store bought.
Guys if you have unwanted back hair...

No Mess and easy to use.

I went to use this product (as directed-did not clean my legs first) and when I went to pull the strip quickly off, all of the wax stayed on my leg! I thought perhaps it was not warm enough so I heated it up with the hair dryer and tried on my other leg, with the same result!
I spent 30 min soaking my legs in vegetable oil to dissolve all of the wax and now have a rash on each place where the wax was left!
Not a single hair removed, and a huge mess to clean up. Do not buy.
bruised and bloody
andi from Oregon
I used it all over my legs... it leaves so much extra hair... then I used it behind my knee and it felt so painful I look at behind my knee and there is a huge bruise looks like the Veins were pulled up... can't wear a dress now... wish I could post a picture it's horrific!
AJ from Minnesota
Didn't remove hair and felt like I was using glue.
Does remove some hair but not all...still ended up shaving!
Bell from Orlando, Fl
This product was very easy to use but unfortunately it did not do a good job at removing hair. I let it grow out to the required length. Maybe it works better for fine hair...
Pretty good product
Alka from Santa Barbara, CA
Easy to use; works great on leg hair; and no hot wax or mess.
I would never buy this product again
Rachel Ray from Brooks, Oregon USA
This product was not productive at all. No hair even came off. I even waxed over the same spot a few times and no hair came off. I'm very disappointed and I spent good money on it too.
