Most Helpful Positive Review I Love Them I've only had them a couple of weeks, use them every day, really like them. They are much, much better than bobby pins for pinning up wisps that wanna fall down on bun days. They don't shift or slide around or get stuck in my thick hair. I like how easily they slide out. I just wish they came 8 in a pack, instead of just 3. I'm rabid about keeping track of where i put them down so I don't lose them. For all the people reporting breakage, thinking they might be trying to use them like a regular barrette. They really don't hold much hair and you can't open them up very wide. They are really just more like a much-improved bobby pin than a barrette.
Most Helpful Critical Review Just doesn't work for me Let me first start by saying I LOVE INVISIBOBBLE! I have extremely thick hair and their elastics, both slim and power are almost all I wear! They stay in, don't crease, and most importantly don't give me a headache! However these are a flop for me. I can't for the life of me get these to stay in, clip to my hair, and not poke off my head. These just do not work for me.

Barely holds any hair. Not worth it.

I loved these, but 2 out of the 3 broke after only a few months of infrequent use. They're too expensive to be replacing often.
Only one came in the package! 1

I ordered this, and only one came in the package!
Reminiscent of an older televised product 5

This product is super similar to an older product that was meant to hold all of your hair up in a twist. The waves on this tool grip hair without pulling, and leaves a clean hold! Super effective for short hair that needs to be held back!
It works, but... 3

I really wish it was longer and bigger. I have straight, fine hair almost to my waist so I wanted something to pull the front back after I wash it to help it dry and the next day where it's very slippy. I've found it works best with small sections and isn't enough for pulling up the sides at all.
Cowlick trainers which won't cause breakage. 4

I noticed I was getting a lot of breakage in the section of hair I clipped back wet to tame my cowlick. These were a great alternative to claw clips and other things I have tried because they don't damage my hair and they look cute. I have dark red hair and got the dark color which match perfectly. I have had these awhile and haven't broken them yet, and I'm not a gentle person...but I am cautious with them. Please don't discontinue!

I was super excited for these at first. I got a tragic haircut that is so short I can't even try to ponytail it, so these are perfect for getting the front of my hair up for workouts. But today I tried to take it out and snapped it off. I've only used it about three times. Disappointing.

I have really soft hair and these slid out almost immediately after putting them in
I like it 4

I'm in that weird stage of growing out bangs and this really helps. I can clip my hair back or to the side and it stays all day. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, and it doesn't slide out at all. Yes, I just ordered my second box cause I've broken two. But that's after several uses and pulling it like if it was a Bobby pin, which it is not. No need to man handle
love it 5

I have bought 4 in total and so far only one clip has broke. its awesome. my mom has hair down to her knees and jts curly. fine. she uses this to pin her hair back and it actually holds all that hair. very impressed.

Holla girl. These great! 5

I love how I don't have to use so many bobby pins for the job this little guy will do. But hold on tight! These puppies will grow legs and disappear!
Pretty! Way better than 3 Bobby pins 5

This is a barrette or clip crossed with a bobby pin. I got one of these in the Ulta Style Boosters box. I didn't think I'd like it really but sometimes I pull the front part of my hair back just a bit & have to use 3 bobby pins to hold it. My hair is thicker but not really thick with some texture from highlighting/bleaching. With this waver ring, I'm able to use it like Bobby pins but it clips securely! & easily.. the way it clips together doesn't leave you wondering how to get it to go together even though you're not looking at it - I know you know what I'm talking about ladies! Plus it's SO PRETTY in hair.
Great for curly hair 5

I have a lot of hair and it's thick and curly. I use these to pull a few strands away from my face. They're great! Bobby pins just don't work in my hair. That being said, it's probably better for textures versus straight hair.
Broke after one use 2

Love the idea of this clip, however, all three clips broke after using them one time! The one time I was able to wear them, the clip was comfortable, did not pull my hair or create a major crimp in my hair. This is surprise because most of the Invisibobble products I have purchased previously have been fantastic. I had great hopes and ended up disappointed.
Nice grip 5

I usually use these to clip my hair on either side or to create puff
Doesn't work on thin hair 1
JenM from New York
I have straight, fine hair, and these clips slide right out. Even if I grab enough hair to make it difficult to close it, the clip still slides right out.
Not if you have thick hair. Reinventing a wheel no need. 1

I have thick long hair. This did not work for me and I do not understand what the benefits are. Just use a few bobby pins.
You need these!!! 5

I found these while wandering Ulta recently. And I am SO happy that I took a chance on them. I have tons of hair, and it's super thick and very curly. To pin my hair up, I usually have to use two to three bobby pins and criss cross them, otherwise they don't hold my hair. And that gives me a headache. I pinned up my hair with one of these clips and it held my hair. All.day.long. And with no headache. I cannot day enough good things about these clips...they're fantastic!
Just use Bobby pins or a Barrette 1

They are reinventing the wheel here and not worth it. I have thick heavy straight hair and it didn't hold at all. Immediate return
Best hairclip ever! 5

I got this in a beauty box and was completely floored with how outstanding it performed. It holds hair in place without pinching or slipping and u can pull some hair through to create more volume/body. It is a dream come true. Fantastic design!!! I got some for 3 friends already. Two of them are professional hair dressers who often do wedding hair and I know these will be perfect. they are also small and very easy to hide.
Love these 5

Got a sample in beauty test tube n definitely ordering some. Absolutely held my thick hair up underneath my ponytail. Definitely recommend.

Snapped apart after the second use. Need to have more flexibility to them.
