Most Helpful Critical Review Horrible Odor This stuff works quite well on hair that has a small amount of wave already. Not sure how well it would work on straight hair. Many people complain that it is sticky but the trick is to spray it on damp hair from at least 8 inches away from your head and spray lightly. My complaint is the smell which is over powering and sugary. You end up smelling like cotton candy and it's very strong. Ok if you're 14 or something but not for a grown woman. Would not re-purchase.

First of all, this was advertised as "Texturing beach spray" and "The Wave Maker" It does a good job of texturing your hair, and it definitively gives a little more body, but not so much 'waves.' I don't know if it's just that my hair is too thick, but it doesn't give me waves, just kind of frizz/body. I'm guessing that it will work a lot better with thin hair...
It has a good smell, too, but is has a bit of a strong hairspray smell/tang that I'm not the biggest fan of. Also, make sure to hold the bottle far enough away from your hair, or it will make your hair sticky.
It shipped really fast, and I was impressed by that!
Tip: I have layers in my hair, and normally I'll have pieces of hair poking out from my braid. I put this in before I braided my hair, and it kept the pieces from poking out... that was a nice surprise.
I gave it 3 stars only because I was hoping that it would give me actual waves, but I'm still happy with it :)

Your hair will have a light lemon cupcake scent! My hair has soft waves when I use this spray. Sometimes I spray it in my hair and let it air-dry or I'll spray it after my hair is already dry to give my waves more definition!

I use this bad boy on my 3 year old. She has gorgeous curls, and this gives her fine her perfect defined curls and waves, doesn't dry her hair out, and is so gentle on her sensitive skin and scalp.

I am big on having a good scent.. and this is a little lemony and sweet and just deelish. I need to get another bottle now because I used it most days and I'm fresh out. Leaves my hair wavy and not frizzy at all, and also adds volume. Usually my roots get a little oily and the rest of my hair a little weighed down, but this seems to even everything out and I don't have to wash my hair as often. One of my now must haves. Try it peeps! :)
