Most Helpful Positive Review How to get the most out of this scrub! Ok so I know everyone already loves this scrub so I don't need to tell you how great it is but I am here to tell you you're probably using it all wrong. 1) scrub vigorously all over, massaging into skin. 2) DON'T RINSE YET. Stand there in the shower and wait until the sugar crystals melt and let the product be absorbed by your skin. You'll be left with a velvety emulsion; massage into skin again. If you're shaving you are now prepped with the perfect shave balm on! 3) once you finish the whole jar, fill it with water and shake to get every last bit out. Pour all over skin for one more velvety grapefruit-scented rinse. Repeat until it's truly empty and then go buy some more!!
I have tried over 10 scents from Tree Hut and this one is still by far my favorite. Besides the amazing scent (sugared grapefruit) it just seems to do a better job exfoliating than most of the other scents.
Could be because of a certain oil or ingredient in this one, but it actually almost lathers up and cleanses wonderfully too. I've never used a scrub before that didn't leave me feeling like I needed to wash it off with soap afterwards...this one is not slimy or greasy, just leaves your skin perfectly soft and smooth!

this is my first scrub from this company & as far as the product goes, it's really nice. does what it's supposed to. the scent is a clean citrus smell and while pleasant, it did irritate my sinuses a little bit, but that's really a personal opinion. I doubt anyone who doesn't like citrus would purchase this lol, but if you have any sensitivity to that i would avoid it. it didn't really leave my skin "hydrated" as some scrubs from other companies have, but it did exfoliate nicely & cause no irritations. I really wish the company would include a scent description for their products so i wouldn't have to guess lol.

I always used the higher end scrubs, believing that somehow they were better bc they cost more and had better quality ingredients. I've been wrong for so many years. I've used several different Tree Hut scrubs but the Vitamin C is my fav! The scent is perfect, the ingredients are spot on, and it gives me the softest skin!

Alright scrub, bit sticky texture which isn't bad, but it's the potent grapefruit smell that will keep me from repurchasing. If you don't mind grapefruit, go for it!
