Comments about CoverGirl Vitalist Healthy Glow Highlighter:

Was not greasy or hard to put on. Gave just a subtle glow. Something must have been wrong with the other reviewers product.

    worst highlighter ever

Comments about CoverGirl Vitalist Healthy Glow Highlighter:

This highlighter went on very floppy and greasy, not to mention, when you try to put your finger in the pot, it's very hard. I would avoid this like the plague. It's an epic fail.
