The Olay was absolutely Genius, I didn't have to use shaving cream. My legs were so soft and smooth, I didn't have to put lotion on after my shower. However, I was quickly delighted with the comfort provided by the two pillowy guides on either side of the razor. It skims over my kneecaps without nicking them, and does a reasonable job of getting the area smooth in one pass. I have not gotten nicks at all using this razor, although I did get a little bit of mild razor burn in some areas the first couple times I used it (this is not unusual for me when I try a new razor). The cartridges are easy to change and seem to last about as long as my previous brand.
