It evens my complexion, blurs fine lines, and minimizes the look of my pores. I have decent skin, some minor dark marks on my cheek from old acne scars (ah the teenage years), some surface veins around my nose, along with mom life dark eye circles. I apply this, then touch up those small spots with the Clarins concealer, top off with the Clarins finishing powder and I get a flawless finish that has a youthful glow. Other foundations, no matter how light the coverage claims to be, still look too heavy on my face. I love that it has a good amount of SPF, but I don't have to worry about breaking out with my sensitive skin. I was never one to "re-buy" an empty. Always looking for something better, but this has stopped that. I will re-buy as long as it's available.Most Helpful Critical ReviewLoved old version. This is different.A absolutely loved SPF 40 version of UV Plus. However, I can't wear the "upgraded" version. It has an additive, probably fragrance, that makes my face turn red and break out. My eyes water and it hurts if I leave it on for over an hour. I don't care for the "fragrance" on the 50 version. The 40 version had no odor. I am bummed about not being able to get the older version and have started looking for other products.
