I like the basic device and the regular head. I've used all three heads daily for three months, and I can see no difference versus the very minor improvement from the regular head that came with my device. However, the metal coating rubbed off the prongs and left a rough brown surface which hurts my skin if I move the device over my skin. I contacted NuFace and since they told me it was out of the 12 month warranty, there was nothing they could do. They also told me that happens from using harsh chemicals or a rough cloth to wash the attachment. I just used water and a very soft cloth after each use. It is a beneficial addition to the Trainer device. I am 66 years old and use all 3 devices of the Trinity, 2 of 3 on a daily basis.
