I have been looking for any sunscreen I can wear without a miserable burning sensation. My search has gone on for YEARS. I had this moisturizer sitting around in a drawer. Started using it this week, and I'm blown away. My skin looks dewy. The lotion doesn't clump up under powder/makeup. At no point was there a burning sensation, and (I can't believe it) my face didn't itch all day! I was even able to reapply midway through the day without issue. It disappears quickly and is soooo comfortable. My skin usually looks pretty oily by end of day, but I didn't feel the need to touch up with powder - the shine was very mild, particularly for a product with sunscreen. I cannot begin to explain how much I have struggled with SPF products. Even most mineral sunscreens make my skin furious. I don't know what's so magical about this stuff, but I am not going to question it, because right now I am THRILLED!! I absolutely believe it has improved my skin so much. It has improved the appearance, smoothness, and helped with hormonal breakouts. I have normal to dry skin and I love this lotion because it isn't too heavy but also moisturizes very well. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy either. I definitely recommend using it with Mario Badescu face washes as well. Sometimes the bottle does clog and a small portion of the lotion will become dry. When you squeeze it out, occasionally you will get a bigger amount than desired. I just use that for my neck/decolletage. It's not a big enough nuisance to make me stop using this lotion.
