They are a few dollars more expensive than other brands but the couple of dollars are worth what I receive in product. Plus the packaging they come in is great with a click top instead of the regular sticker that falls off after a few uses and then the wipes go dry from exposure to air.Most Helpful Critical ReviewWatch Your Eyes!This product is fine for cleansing my face. I wanted to get a face wipe to use to save time from showering when I am running late in the mornings or too tired to care at night. However, it made my eyes react the same way that RETINOL does- as in prescription strength retinoid eye cream from a dermatologist. My eyes looked like they do when I have an allergic reaction and need an Epi-pen. They almost swelled shut. Two days later, I am still using an anti-inflammatory Dermalogica regimen to heal them. I can now see my eyelids again. Sort of. The swelling is down about 50% at this point. I have bought Philosophy for years-specifically the 3 in 1 wash. I assumed since it was from Philosophy, not an anti-aging product, had no obvious irritants for my eyes, and then proceeded to watch the women on QVC TV wiping their eye make-up off with it that it was safe for any one. I am horrified Philosophy would put a product like this out there, especially without a note of caution for around the eye area. For this price they must be joking, as the quality does not match the price. I use Chanel eye cream because it works for me. However, I will be sticking with Neutrogena eye make-up remover wipes for my eyes. That is as far back as my order history shows right now. I LOVE(D) these things. I used to buy a 3-6 month supply at one time. Until now. I'm very disappointed. For the cost, I would expect higher quality material than what I can get at any grocery store or discount store for cleaning cloths. My most recent order was shipped and filled in the last month. I used the last cloth from an old shipment and one from the most recent order on the same day. The new pack has see through wipes. I went into my trash can to verify that I wasn't mistaken that it was significantly thinner. The wipes now are worse than what I would get at a dollar store. I have kept using the new pack over the last couple of days hoping it was a fluke. It isn't. They are so much thinner and they fall apart very quickly. I still love Philosophy One-Step Facial but I am going to have to start looking for a new cleansing cloth. I cannot justify the cost when the product is about half as thin as it used to be. At least 1/3 thinner. Did I say I'm disappointed? Because I really am. I loved this product. Hoping that someone sees this and reevaluates the current material. I'd pay a little more if thr quality stayed the same. But same price with significantly reduced quality cannot be justified.
