I am really happy with the results it gives me. Perfect waves with no crunch and minimal frizz. I use it with a combination of products. It also smells wonderful. I recently placed an online order which included this product. I was completely out of hair products and had an event coming up where I needed them. When I received my order I noticed my mouse was not in the box. I was really disappointed with this due to my event being that same night. I live in the middle of the country so the closest ulta is a ways away. I had to go to a drugstore to purchase an alternative product. The alternative product was far more expensive than it is at ulta AND I did not receive the same results as with the Sebastian Mouse. I was extremely upset with the outcome and the fact that I wasted $20+ on a product that I can no longer return. The drugstore doesn't accept used products and I already broke the seal and used this product. I spoke with customer service about this. I was only offered a reship. I asked if I could be compensated for the alt product that I now how and likely won't use again. They told me no. I accepted the reship and noticed that they didn't even expedite the shipping for the product.
