I was skeptical about the Nano Thermic Ceramic benefits (thought it was just a gimmic), but this brush has proved me wrong. It actually works! I have very fine wavy hair. I have to use a Chi every day if I want it to look smooth. This brush has allowed me to forgo using the Chi. My hair is perfectly smooth and frizz free when I am done drying my hair while using this brush. I am definitely a believer now, and will be purchasing a few more of these. My fine hair, which had become more course and extremely dry due to professional coloring, needed a brush that would prevent tangles and breakage (along with detangling oils and hydrating conditioners, which I purchased). It does the complete opposite for me. I noticed it actually made it so much worse, that I went back to my old round brush.
