I am super impressed with this product, as I have struggled with getting any volume whatsoever at my roots for years! No other products have done the trick, so I've always had to resort to a ton of teasing and even that didn't always work, especially if my natural hair had grown out enough to where it was the only thing left to tease. (My natural, non-color treated hair literally does NOTHING.) This spray has solved these problems! If you use too much, it can feel greasy and crunchy, but if not, it's perfect. I rarely feel it in my hair and the effets usually last through the full three no-wash days! I would highly recommend this product, especially to those who have no natural lift at all. If it works for my stubborn hair, I would be shocked if it didn't work for everyone.Most Helpful Critical ReviewNot a FanI was excited to try this after seeing/hearing all the hype for this brand. It definitely did not live up to it. I have thin, fine, color-treated shoulder-length hair, and I'm always on a mission to find the best volumizing products. This root pump left my hair lifeless because it was so heavy/sticky. I tried it only on my roots, then through all my hair and the results were always the same. I do not recommend this product. For how thin the foam was, I'm very surprised it left so much residue. The mousse keeps my hair volumized and big and keeps flyaways from ruining my hair. The formula's water resistance also keeps humidity and sweat from frizzing my hairstyle or letting my hair fall. In addition, a blowout lasts for about an extra two days with the use of this mousse.
