That was in 2003 and a year later I decided to buy my first bottle and I've been wearing it ever since. No matter where I go, I got complimented by both men and women. Once after I walked past a guy at the mall, he ran back and stopped me just to tell me that he loved the smell of my perfume. That was when I stopped by at the mall after work. I guess the scent agreed with my body chemistry that after 10 hours being on my skin it still smells great! The bad thing about it is, since everyone knows my signature scent, they know immediately when I walk in any room without even looking who just came in.. ha..ha..Most Helpful Critical ReviewDisapointed with the reinterpration...It is still my signature scent though, and that will never change. I have been wearing Angel since its inception. However the reinterpretation leaves me disappointed. I miss the deep woodsy notes from the original, I miss the stronger note of Patchouli. I don't like the sweeter, more prevalent notes....... in the new version. The tropical fruity notes are almost too much at times. The original was such a wonderful, unique scent, I wish you would stop the changes. It would linger for days, and the scent of Patchouli was always there.....its missing now. I now add a drop of Patchouli on my skin to compensate for the difference. I wish you would go back to the original version.....it was much more seductive and alluring. Change is not always good.
