After using it and visiting a friend she said my skin was glowing ;) and we visit often with each other meaning she saw me days before, The way I?m apolying this is after shower or face wash, tone, acne medicine roll on (a must!) I? apply my visionaire skin corrector (you gotta get that magic!) then apply this with my finger over my t-zone area, especially in the deep poor areas of my face, due to a few chicken pox scars it?s a must and pores around my nose become invisible. Gone! Buh bye. After applying is when I?ll put my make up in order on counter just to let it set some. Doesn?t need it really, just my preference. I?ll even just smooth it once more on my face with clean hands. I?m not using a makeup sponge or anything of the kind, just don?t want to waste this magic It?s smooth application, no obvious scent and not greasy. In fact I?m sure it smooths out my face along with keeping foundation looking picture perfect. ill try to upload a recent picture. I?m 50. Have had NO surgery or anything else. Just have kept out of the sun, see my dermatologist every couple years and using Lancome products exclusively for nearly 30 years. ONLY DOWNFALL: the stem to the pump comes off and is too short so leaves product in the bottle towards the end. maybe making the bottle short and wider to get all product out will help but felt a little ripped off when the last week of use I had to dig it out. but aside from that, I was able to apply different foundations, consealers and have it last through everyday wear, heat, humidity, concerts ect no make up budging, no caking, no seperation of products and have a nice, even wear throughout 14 plus hours. tatcha met her match with this bad boy... and its $10 cheaper than liquid canvas.Best silicone primer!!!5misshely from TexasSo I bought this silicone primer for my silicone foundations such as lancome and nars. It pairs well with the Teint Idole foundations of Lancome. I've used it with both the Care and Glow and 24 Hr full coverage versions and have gotten flawless results with both. Makeup lasted through a full day, starting with a cool morning, then a warm afternoon and evening. I have sensitive skin and had no reaction at all from this product. I let my moisturizer absorb into my skin and dry before putting the primer on (i.e. I clean and moisturize right after I get up in the morning. Having breakfast and brushing teeth is enough time for moisturizer to absorb and not interfere with primer and makeup application). I live in Texas (hot hot hot) and travel to Florida (humid and hot) so it used to be hard to keep makeup on throughout the day/night but not anymore. I pair this with Dior backstage foundation and Lauren Mercier translucent powder, it leaves me with an airbrushed look. I do not crease or have shine come through. A little separation around my mouth if I eat. I promise you need this. A little goes a long way. This goes on but flakes/pils, I still manage to blend my foundation with some effort, and it does look nice and smooth. I bought TWO bottles based on the great reviews, but after almost two weeks, my face has acne on my chin, nose and in between the eyes. In addition to the ugly red bumps, I'm getting tiny pimples here and there , as if a pore is clogged . I do not have problems with acne and seldom have breakouts. The breakouts started after 3 or 4 days of use, but I chalked it up as makeup brushes needing cleaning and maybe my foundation was too old ; however, after cleaning brushes and getting a new tube of foundation, the breakouts keep getting worse. I hate that I spent almost $50 on something that I can't use. Hopefully, Ulta will refund me or give me a store credit. I do agree with others in that this primer goes on smoothly and feels great , but for me, it has caused embarrassment in breakouts.
