My daughter and I both have wavy, frizzy hair. This is by far the best flat iron we have ever used. Leaves the hair silky smooth, and shiny.
It heats up fast, but I've beenjsing it daily for about three months and the metal on the plates it already chipping and scratched off, and the blue on the iron has flakes and coming off as well. It will pull my hair out sometimes or gets stuck and doesn't glide smoothly anymore. Not impressed considering the cost.

I had been wanting one since using my daughter's so my friend bought me the bigger size for my birthday as the store clerk recommended for my hair is long and Wavy. It works great for just straightening but it's too wide to curl while straightening and that's a bummer. I now need to use 2 tools when I want to curl.

I received this as a Christmas present 2021. I had it a little over a year and for some reason won't turn on anymore. I've only used it a handful of times as well. At first I thought it was my outlet but I tried multiple outlets and still wouldn't turn on. I'm upset because the times I did use this straightener i loved it but for the price for it to randomly break down I can't justify that. I have old straighteners that lasted me a decade that were $20

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my niece and she loved it. Unfortunately it stopped working after a few weeks. The straightener would turn on but would no longer heat up. While making the return the sales lady told us this wasn't the first time she's had a customer return it for this same reason.

Heats up fast and straighteners my very thick short hair with one or two passes. Just what I needed/ wanted.

I like them. It does get hot quickly. My only issue is how easily I kept pressing the power button shutting off the irons while I was using them.

Okay so I bought this straightener in May 2021, highly suggested from a lot of people. I love it BUT Dec 2022 it stopped heating on the higher settings so I have to turn it on to a lower setting for it to work. Disappointed that in under two years things are going wrong with it.

I have been straightening my hair for years and I have used many different straighteners but this one is the BEST one I have EVER used. Once you try this one you will be so impressed, you won't go back to any others you have used before!! Amazing!!!

Doesn't straighten part of my curly hair even with multiple passes and a smoothing brush, pulls on hair.

my sister used this straightener WITH heat protection and it still had fried her hair off, she did one side babyliss and one side revlon and the babyliss looked fried while a revlon flat iron looked silky and beautiful, the revlon is only 45$ while this was like 100$!

Fast and easy ironing.

I love the way it makes my hair look! I wasn't sure about the width of the iron but after using it, I am glad I bought it.

Had this straightener for less than a year and it's already coming apart and I maybe use it once a week. I attempted to get in contact with the company and haven't heard back. I attempted to use it when the coating came off and it ripped my hair out. Don't waste your money.

I've had the 2" straightening iron for YEARS now. Probably about 6-7 and still going strong. I've had multiple brands and none compare to this. Strongly recommend to anyone and everyone. Don't hesitate, just buy it! You won't regret it.

Love this straightener! Heats up quick, cools quickly, cuts my time in half. My problems are no auto shut off, mainly the placement of the on/off switch. I CONSTANTLY hit it when I'm straightening my hair and bc it cools quickly I feel like I am damaging my hair with the difference in heat on it. It is the most annoying thing and would cut my time down even more if the on/off switch was on the inside or something

This BabyLiss flat iron is great. I've used chi for years and switched to babyliss about two years ago after a stylist used one on me, I bought my own which was this one. I've had my flat iron about two years and it still works just as good as day 1. I'd highly recommend! It is expensive but it's a one time cost that's going to last a long time! Also for reference, I have thick, blonde, dry (without any styling or product), long hair.

I have had my Babyliss Pro straightener for over 10 years old. The writing on the outside has worn off a little bit but it's still my favorite hair straightener and works as perfectly as when I bought it! If I ever need to buy a new one I would definitely buy this one again. I hope the quality is still the same these days.

It heats up quick but the flatting is not that great it's disappointing

This flat iron works great. My hair is super curly and course and one swipe through my hair and it straightens it well with no frizz.

I BOUGHT THIS 6 MONTHS AGO FROM ULTA. IT JUST QUIT WORKING. IT WORKED GREAT WHEN IT DID WORK BUT ITS TO EXPENSIVE TO ONLY LAST 6 MONTHS.

I have a short bob haircut with thick, naturally curly hair that I blow out. This straightener is definitely high quality and only requires one pass to get it straight.

Does scratch easily but overall it the best so far

Ive had this flat iron for about 8 months now and it randomly stopped working. It won't turn on at all. I barely ever use it and today I washed my hair and was ready to straighten it. I took the iron out the box and it won't turn on.
