So, at that moment, I scrapped my entire routine (hundreds of dollars worth of product), made a trip to Ulta and came across this moisturizer. First, it has ceramides and hyaluronic acid which are very prevalent in the more expensive skincare items. Second, it is fragrance free! My skin is your typical combination, non-behaving skin. It is oily is in the T-zone and dry everywhere else. The older I get, the more sensitive my skin has become. On top of all of that, I tend to get the occasional breakouts, especially when stressed. This lotion absorbs nicely, leaves my face feeling hydrated and comfortable without looking like an oil slick. It's a no fuss, does what it's supposed to do type of product. Forget the fancy glass jars, decorative tubes, and expensive items claiming to work miracles! This has become my new favorite moisturizer over night! I highly recommend for ALL skin types.Most Helpful Critical ReviewGreat texture, weird smell?Just bought a new full-sized bottle of this lotion because I really enjoyed the travel-size one I had. I love the lightweight texture and the moisture for my body, but it had a very off-putting fishy smell. I read that the formula was changed recently and it makes me wonder if new preservatives just don't hold up and it's gone bad, despite being a new bottle. And its a great moisturizer i feel moisturized. But i notice that under makeuo theres dry flakes and i can really notice with makeup. I notice thus on my forehead where i usually have a lot of sebum production causing me to have pretty oily skin. I feel as tho im not that oily with this but now my skin can feel a little dry. Maybe this isnt a year round moisturizer and only works for me in the summer? Ive never had this problem until recently when i repurchased. Nothing else in my skincare has changed. I had to add a hydrating serum primer to my routine to compensate for my dry skin. It could be something else but i really think its because of this because it happened as soon as i starred using this bottle. ALSO… The pump broke on me. I was able to fix it but ended up wasting a lot of lotion doing so. But yeah it broke after pumping lotion onto my hands. I have to be very fragile now when i pump out moisturizer. I'd still recommend this product because its really lightweight and absorbs really nicely but i would definetly let them know about the dryness. Ill finish this bottle because its still okay but i will not repurchase. My first bottle was great but this one is not. Why don't they market this as the perfect moisturizer for applying makeup???? I put this on and let it soak up for about a minute and then I blend a little bit of the moisturizer with my liquid foundation and it makes my skin look flawless. I have dry skin, so it balances it out perfectly. My arms have been more clear and less bumpy too. I love how smoothly it goes on and stays on the entire day. I even feel like I look better without makeup when I have only this on. It's a game changer.
