It has the feel of a lip oil in how smooth and lightweight it is. My lips feel really moisturized when I put it on. It does not have any stickiness or tackiness to it at all. It has a beautiful soft pink tint to it that is nice and sheer but you definitely notice the color. And best of all, it has an amazing light watermelon scent and tastes like watermelon too, but very subtle without being overpowering. This really is such a wonderful lip product! But this is basically a cheap lip gloss. The color is true to what you see in the clear tube. The scent is nice. But this is thick and sticky. I don't like when I feel like there's glue or a gummy texture. And the applicator brush is hard and does not feel good when applying. It's almost prickly. I was disappointed. More like strawberry banana someone else mentioned. The color doesn't show up on me much but that may be due to my tan Asian skin. It does leave a nice sheen tho. So I got this to keep in my pocket and use because my face mask makes my lips dry, then I chew them. This product applies very easily and has SAVED my lips. Non-sticky, light hydration, but this one offers a beautiful watermelon pink tint with gold reflects. It's gorgeous. My only complaint is the smell, the original has a peppermint smell that I love and I expected this one to smell like juicy watermelon, but it doesn't smell that way at all. The smell is bitter and unpleasant, but at least it's not overwhelming. It isn't too sticky and seems to last a long time when you wear it too. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because this product is $17 and doesn't come with a lot of product.
