I put it on my feet each night after my shower, after I have exfoliated rough skin away, then wear cotton socks so that the balm doesn't wear off. It isn't as pepperminty as it could be, but other than that the smell is pleasant. Because the product also has fragrance in it in addition to the essential oils (I am working to remove fragrance from all the products I use do to it's harmful properties) I will no longer be purchasing it. However, if fragrance doesn't bother you, absolutely buy this bc it is worth it. My heels and the bottoms of my feet are so soft and smell so good for so long after application. I will be making my own from now on with beeswax, shea butter, and essential oils but if you don't want to go through all that work, this product is wonderful. I am on my feet all day every day and this product just helps me relax.
There is something bad and something good about this. I think my review is a little biased to be honest. That is because personally I have feet that feel numb and painful when too dry. I need to take extra time to care for them to prevent this. That is why I try and use foot balms on them often. My feet aren't cracked or flaky or anything. I am simply so sensitive to dryness. While I think an average person might find this to be a product that works for them, for someone like me, this product is not moisturizing enough. This balm is not as easy to coat on the feet as other options out there, which makes it hard to provide enough product for my feet to feel protected. I think this part of the product needs to be worked on. The layer of hydration it provides also does not penetrate so deeply. I feel like the surface of the skin is moisturized but the layers inside are screaming for moisture. The one thing I like about this is that it smells great! Other foot balms I have used smell sooo bad. I might use this on days where my feet are not as thirsty because I enjoy the smell.

I love the smell of this stuff, but since the point of its existence is to be moisturizing, I find myself disappointed. The product absorbs so quickly after application, and my skin feels so much the same after as prior to, I'm not sure this stick really does anything, at all.

I was hoping to love this product as I usually reach for minty products for my feet. What I didn't know is that there's lavender oil in this product which you don't know unless you read the ingredient list. It instantly triggered a migraine for me. I also found this product to not work for my heels and was very waxy and didn't apply well.

I liked it when I kept applying right out of shower. If you forget (like I tend to) and apply right before bed it is the worst feeling. Sticky yet crusty? Had to rinse it off and apply lotion instead. Will not be purchasing again.

I love this because it's so easy to use when I get out of the shower. I do feel like it needs a little more softener or oil product. It keeps my heels from getting cracked. I don't think it would help already cracked heels. But it is an easy maintenance product

I use this every morning before I put on my socks, and it makes a huge difference! So much easier to apply and less messy than lotion, and it smells so good. I will buy this again and again.

Works fantastic, but like anything to work I highly suggest consistency for the best results! Oh and socks on! Smells amazing! The only down fall is sometimes the stick gets chunks of white in your feet and that's annoying.

Very oily. Doesn't keep feet moisturized for long.

This works great at sealing in moisture after a shower or foot soak. I wish that it had more humectant properties.

Living in Florida I go barefoot all the time at home and on the weekends. This has led to my naked feet being less than attractive. With summer upon me, I decided to try this roll-on for the calluses on my feet. I showered, dried my feet, sloughed them with my foot pedicure tool, and then used this roll-on followed by white socks. In the morning my feet were super soft. I would highly recommend this product

It smells nice and is somewhat moisturizing. The first ingredient is corn starch so it leaves a white powdery residue on feet and socks.

I love that I can apply it without having to get my hands in it. It does help moisturize my calloused areas on my feet. If it exfoliates them I cannot tell it. I put it on at night and put on aloe infused footies.

So convenient to run on toes and heels before I run out the door. Super emollient and smells great.

It smells really good, I expected it to smell like medicine because other brands usually do.. It's still not moisturizing enough and doesn't stay on long.. you have to use a lot

First off the smell is amazing and soothing. I use this product after scrubbing my feet and I've noticed a difference after being consistent. It has definitely made my feet softer. I recommend wearing fuzzy socks after apply this product. Thank me later!

Love how this feels. And since using consistently I've noticed my feet are much softer. Scent - I'm undecided on - it smells good but not great.

After Covid my skin became super dry. I never had an issue with dry skin. I tried so many moisturizers and lotions. But this one made my foot back to normal. Only my left foot got super dry skin. I used right after I showered take off all dead skin, dry it up and apply the balm. Worth the money!!!

This foot stick feels alright going on, but it's nothing too special. It kinda flakes and gets little chunky pieces that fall off of it. There's much better products out there.

I use this moisturizer on my feet after my nightly shower right before bed. Its a great moisturizer, leaving my feet smooth but not sticky or greasy. The peppermint fragrance is light and fresh.
