I love the long-lasting curl I get and how easy it is to hold my hair / curl / rotate as I dry! I have long, thick, coarse, curly, fuzzy hair, and this leaves it silky smooth and shiny with some volume and curl. My friends have a hard time believing a dryer and brush did it! When I used the brush for the first time, the head of the brush immediately fell off the handle, and it continuously slips off the handle as I use the brush. I have been using T3 products for many years and am a loyal customer. This same problem occurred with my old T3 VOLUME 3 brush, but it only began to occur after months of use. This is completely unacceptable for a brand new product.
