I love the bright pop of red for the bottle. It reminds me of nail polish but it actually is supposed to resemble a burst of red lipstick. Giorgio Armani states that, "Red is a sign of vitality, red is a signal of passion". The name is Yes Passion which means for every woman to just say yes to release their inner passion and Giorgio Armani believes that it's empowered, feminine and free. This striking scent is combined with black currant nectar, combined with a sparkling, joyful pear. The new S? Passione fragrance combines intense vanilla with the blooms of rose, heliotrope and jasmine to create a sensual, fruity floral scent, reflective of the simultaneous delicacy and strength of femininity. At the very heart of S? Passione is cedarwood and the modern ambery-woody Orcanox, giving a maturity and character, mirroring a boldness of emotion, evoking true passion. Compared to the previous Si this fragrance is compared to the notes of patchouli in the previous line which this one does not have. I love the bold and noticeable scent but my only problem was that it doesn't last very long. I have the 3.4fl of bottle which I don't think I'd ever purchase in the future because the scent didn't last very long when wearing. I tried wearing it at home doing nothing and then going out wearing it to see if perhaps the longevity would conspire longer but there was no difference. However something pretty cool you can have if you purchase online I'd have the bottle engraved. I'm not sure if that costs more or comes with purchase. I got to test this product for free and my words are all my own.Most Helpful Critical ReviewLovely Scent but No Staying PowerI received this bottle complimentary through Influenster. My initial reaction to spraying the perfume is how well the rose and vanilla scents compliment one another. This first reaction is somewhat diluted, unfortunately, by the perfume's lack of staying power. Almost immediately after I spray, I can no longer smell the perfume on me. All 3 of my daily perfumes are at different price points and I've never had an issue with their scent lingering. I also used to wear Armani Code years ago, which stayed with me the entire day so I was disappointed when Si Passione did not wear the same. It was a completely blind purchase. I am still on the fence about this one albeit it's no fault of the fragrance. To say that I am picky with fragrances would be an astronomically massive understatement. I've spent decades mastering the art of layering and creating a true signature scent for myself. I love balancing feminine and masculine; creating a scent that is not only alluring enough to get compliments - but rather so mysterious and addicting that they apologize because they keep coming back to take in one more inhalation of my aroma. THAT GOOD! My absolute GO-TO layering fragrances are Les Élixirs. I own their entire collection (including this months release). This fragrance will require a dating phase, lol. It reminds me of YSL's Libre in that it's not the easiest to layer because you have so many notes to try to pair up without smelling like you went fragrance shopping at Saks and decided to sample everything…on your body. I will say that for the price point, it has impressive longevity. I always appreciate that type of quality! I have no doubts this new addition to my collection will grow on me. I just need to invest the time to figure out what works best with the perfume and my body.
