I have been using this since it first came out and am so glad it (along with the other Boscia products) is FINALLY(!!!!!) available at Ulta--I thought this day would never come! I try to get everything at Ulta because their point system is 10x better than that "other big beauty retailer". Anyhow, back to the product itself... I can see why some people say this might sting a little bit taking it off if they have a lot of peach fuzz on their face but I really don't think it's that bad--just make sure you apply it carefully to stay away from your hairline and eyebrows. I definitely have LESS peach fuzz on my face after using this for years. My skin is very oily, always congested and prone to breakouts. I actually leave this on my face for 1 to 2 hours because I notice it takes more "gunk" out of my pores that way than when I only leave it on for the recommended 30 minutes. Because it is black, when you peel it off your face you can see all the nastiness it pulls out of your pores--it's like a full face biore strip. And my face feels sooo smooth afterward. My friend got this as gratis and I saw it in her bathroom and asked her about it. She told me she used it once and it broke her out with these huge bumps that were under the skin. She told me I could have it, so thinking okay well we do have completely opposite types of skin as she has dry more sensitive skin and I have oily/normal skin this will be fine. WRONG! I WAS SO WRONG! I have never broken out this badly from anything and this mask really put a number on my skin. I have a very strict skin care routine and after countless brands and trial and error, my skin was finally where I wanted it to be. I used this mask one time and the next morning I had 4 very painful, huge under the skin bumps that still have not gone away. It has been over a week since I've used this mask and two of them are finally going away. I don't think this is an allergic reaction due to trying multiple different brands, masks, face cleaners, toners, moisturizers, etc. What would the odds be that my friend and I would both be allergic to this mask? It is possible but I highly doubt it. I was a fan of their white and blue masks that they unfortunately discontinued but thrilled that the black stayed. Now, even though I believe the formula to have evolved, this is still a top notch peel-off mask. After fully cleaning and exfoliating my face, I will use this 1-2x's a week and you can't believe how much left over residue it removes! If your on the fence, totally worth a try.
